It’s not a delusion, those men are fake, they’re pretending, to get attention, to get validation, they feed off the people in their life. To relieve their chronic boredom. They have no inner self, no feelings, no conscience, they don’t care about anyone else even their kids. They’re expert actors, especially in court.
The worst thing you can do for a narcissist is to validate them. You hand them a mirror, show them the problem, and hold them accountable. Narcissists can be helped! I don’t know much about gender dysphoria but I assume they can also be helped if they are given the truth. This is a failure of the legal and mental health care systems, a tragedy for every person involved.
I’m definitely anti gender ideology but it does make me laugh that gender critical feminists will say that NO matter when you CANNOT change sex, and bio sex is all that matters, but when a woman’s AGP husband comes out as “trans” then suddenly it’s “she’s not attracted to women” or “she’s not gonna be a lesbian” 😂 But they tell us that no matter how many surgeries someone gets they will ALWAYS be a man, and that “gender” doesn’t matter. Gender is ALL that matters. That is why blow up sex dolls and dildos sell. A blow up doll isn’t a biological woman, but it’s enough to cause arousal! If I see a man walking down the street and find him attractive, then later find out he is trans, my intentions might change, but my attraction is still there, because it was there to begin with. And aren’t gender criticals always saying that people should be able to be gender non conforming, without transition? So since this woman’s husband will ALWAYS be a man, if he just dressed up in womens clothing and didn’t medically transition then a gender crit should have no issues right? He’s still the same sex no matter what he does!! 😂

I have a good friend whose dad transitioned. His dad ran through the family's savings, including generational wealth to transition, left his mom, and destroyed the family.
I know one who did exactly that too. Totally devastated his family of 3 little kids & buggered off on his wife.
He paid not one cent towards their upbringing yet demanded 1/2 of their accumulated wealth to pay for his Transition. I hope a rainbow coloured Karma bus hits his entitled arse head on.
This guy I know is the complete narcissist & he's definately auto erotically aroused by pretending he's a woman. He's an utterly vile individual. The ex-wife now knows she's dodged a bullet. But the wrecking ball he took to his family was breathtaking. His parents & siblings are still reeling from it too.
Sadly, most of them do. I believe the men who transition later in life, after having a wife and children arent transsexual in a sense of someone who struggles with gender dysphoria, but they have a fetish and become more and more perverted as they feed into it. A man with gender dysphoria could never function as a man by taking on the husband and father role, the mental condition is very debilitating... These men are autogynophiles and sexually motivated in what they do.

I didn’t lose a spouse (I cannot imagine the pain) but I did lose a sister. And it tore my family apart and to this day we do not agree on what happened, my parents allowed it to happen to the expense of my brother and I who were neglected. I don’t have a normal relationship with my sister, who has been emotionally/mentally stunted, she cannot handle responsibility/the adult world. And my parents were given the false dichotomy of “do you want a dead kid or a trans kid?”. Therapists completely ignored the psychological issues in my sister (they said being trans would fix the anxiety and social problems, it didn’t!) and possible autism in my sister as well. No one’s talking about how the autistic kids are being taken advantage by this ideology. But I digress, this was only a sibling and the impact on my family was staggering. God bless this woman and her children and anyone affected by this tragedy

I know people verbally attack people who "don't support Trans" but they're failing to see that 1) it hurts families and 2) there are plenty of times transitioning doesn't work. It's understandable people question whether it can work at all . . ever . . . for anyone. God bless you all. Life has lots of hardships.
More and more people have recently started coming out to alert the public about the serious abuse of autistic teenagers by trans activists and the medical industry. Autistic kids seem to now firm the majority of adolescent transitioners. It's at once chilling and heart-breaking.

I was surprised she was treated like that by a therapist as far back as ‘98, and in Texas of all places. What a tragedy for her and the children.

I have a relative who did this in 1998 in Texas. Destroyed his family. Even now in his late 70’s he is so lauded for his “truth”. He was even on a cover of a magazine in Minneapolis as “woman of the year. He claims he is a lesbian as well. Has ONE grandchild he has never even met.
It was common for the therapists to talk like that back then, because they thought they were "pioneers." Remember the Oprah show with her featuring the couples who stayed after the husband said he's female? The media culture was promoting that we should stay.

This happened to me...after 26 years then i stayed for almost 4 years during transition...this is insidious...we should be able to sue them for punitive damages for all the pain they cause....I'm so disgusted and pissed off

@@vaska1999 I stayed because I don't tend to give up on people easily...you have to really be an asshole for me to give up on you...he turned into a person I no longer wish to know and I was being mentally abused so I thought I couldn't make it on my own and he basically drained all of our money on surgeries so he could play pretend...I'm still pissed off about it

I have a male friend who is transgender ..he's wife could not to deal with this..he lost his wife his job his home and one of his children won't speak to him.. it destroyed his family..now he lives alone.. every one in this family was was hurt by this ..
My dad came out as trans when I was in kindergarten. My mom cut our entire family out of our lives over it. I grew up not even knowing my own relatives. I could write a whole book. One of his 3 brothers doesn't talk to him anymore either. Now my mom is dead and I'm homeless. It's a long depressing story.

@@spitfirefrench Not really. Being so isolated damaged me. I probably wouldn't even be homeless now if I had actually developed relationships with my relatives. I have an older cousin who would've been a great father figure and connected me to good jobs when I was younger. Instead my mom kept me in the house, then she lost the house, and I entered adulthood a broken mess. Now I'm homeless and alone, and don't even have relationships with relatives who could've helped me get out of homelessness and set my life straight. I've reached out to them anyway, but they don't seem to want anything to do with me. I'm not even on drugs and I work.

Well. Wow. I've been doing a lot of research into the trans cult, but this is the first time I've heard the story of a trans widow. There's a lot to process, but I took notes! Benjamin, thank you for giving Tracy a chance to share her story.
This poor woman. So many of these married men who "transition" are narcissists and demand their spouses and families 1. Stay and pretend their choices have no impact and 2. Never speak about the loss of the identities they had before.
Great interview. The psychologists and psychiatrists have a lot to answer for. They are often left out of the picture but are clearly playing a central role.
When a society rejects God, something fills that void. This is apparently our new religion. So much better than the old days, eh?

Thank you, Benjamin, for giving a platform to this perspective as well. Trans widows and trans orphans are an extremely under discussed topic in my opinion. Alongside parents of trans children and teenagers. I know it can be challenging and tricky to talk about somebody who is not present during the interview. I fell into a rabbit hole of listening to a lot of interviews with trans widows once, and it is truly sad. It is a proof that what we do with our lives and our bodies doesn't only affect us but spreads out onto other peoples lives and stays with them. Shannon Thrace has a book about her former partner who transitioned, I am not sure if you heard about it. There are a couple of interviews with trans widows and trans orphans on the TERF talk down under, women's rights network and can I get a witness voice. These are not the channels I usually watch but again: it is a rare perspective. I am for a variety of opinions available out there...
A simple thumbs up is not enough for this comment. The ripple effect of these decisions is enormous.
Incredibly important perspective to hear from. It doesn't just impact partners and children but even grandchildren. Its impact literally spans over generations.
When my partner came out as trans and I started looking for support, I realized how isolated trans partners really are. Even in our own safe spaces, there is a big taboo against mentioning autogynephilia-even though it’s literally happening to ALL of us.

You are right. Emma Bryn, in the UK, started Children of Trans website. Ben, I find, does not respond to us, trans widows, children of, siblings of. I personally know siblings of, who suffered from the over-focus on this "special child" who was groomed by the (no sexual boundaries) shrinks.
I think if I was married and my husband fell into his fetish I’d divorce and take my kids to a different state. Maybe Alaska for the sheer distance.

"steal" custody of the primary custody parent living there, in order to undergo the evils of gender affirmation? I guarantee, Gavin Grewsom would have ZERO issue, stepping inbetween a family and get a judge to swap the legal primary custody to which ever parent wanted to subject the children to trans cult ideology. No question in my mind, Newsom WOULD absolutely support the state doing that!

I agree 100%!!! She is very honest. She should complete the picture of honesty by refusing to call her ex-husband a female, which he is not.
She did occasionally refer to him as a he. The children are adults now, so she shouldn't need to worry about any legal ramifications of referring to her ex-husband as a he. It could be that after some years of having to maintain the court-mandated pretense that he actually became a she, she still switches between the two pronouns without even noticing it.

Re the bleeding edge therapist in ‘98, many men sought out therapists known to be supportive so I’m not that surprised to hear it, but she was definitely a sign of things to come.

This interview is incredible. It sounds like a story you'd expect to hear in the current modern period but to know this all occurred over 20 years ago, I think Ben's expression throughout the video spoke volumes.

I'm a therapist and I'm terribly embarrassed by the behavior of some therapists. Telling this woman she must be a lesbian because her husband was a cross dresser... ugh!
It's good to hear from a therapist who is rational and has a conscience. Thank you. Most therapists are leftists, and I think it goes with the territory. Not all, thank God. I have a therapist who is very honest, truthful, has a conscience, and absolutely rejects this push to allow sexual fetishes to be public and shoved down children's throat.
It's hard to find a good therapist to support us. I am glad you are here listening to her story.
I agree with you. I think too many therapists are themselves deviants (I say that for lack of a better word), so they assume everyone else is as well. It's hard to find a well-balanced therapist, and it took me a very long time. I was going through a very painful bereavement and had to "shop" for a sensible, rational therapist, something difficult to find. I finally found an awesome therapist.

Her ex-husband forced her and their children to identify him as a woman because he’s a narcissist, to control them, get one over on them, and because he got off on it. All narcissistic men demonstrate similar patterns of behaviour, like it’s out of a textbook.
A therapist would never tell a dangerously skinny person they are fat and proscribe them diet pills and recommend other weight loss options if that person had a mental illness where they thought they were fat.
Too many of us women and children have suffered incredibly from these partners. I can finally speak!
Imagine how this rattled and tore the foundation of the lives surrounding that man. Incredibly selfish to give your life to your sexual desires.
Her story is so heart wrenching, and blows your mind when you hear some of the details. She is absolutely right when she says if you don’t fall in line, you will be outcast. My brother hasn’t spoken to me in years despite the times I’ve reached out to him, all because of gender ideology. He’s hasn’t come out as trans himself (yet!), but he has completely disowned me for pushing back. I also suspect he is a narcissist, I felt like I was on thin ice my whole life, and one wrong word/ act, and he would kick me to the curb, like he had done to so many others, including our mum. I was right. As so as I showed the slightest sign that I was growing a backbone, that was it. 💔

There seems to be a deep sickness in our culture, with men claiming to be “mothers” of children they fathered and demanding to be acknowledged as such, and women pretending to be men, to the point of cutting off their breasts, having babies and calling themselves their “fathers.” And the media, government, the medical profession, and academia all telling us that this is normal and fine and if we look askance at it we’re haters and bigots.

I’ll never forget the Reddit thread I found once where a transwoman admitted that all feelings he had of wanting to be a woman vanished the day he got his sex change operation and that he was scared that his whole identity was actually a misattributed kink.
My heart broke for the guy.

You might do a bit of research on narcissism Benjamin. You clearly don't understand their impact if you wonder how a narcissistic father could do that to his children. It IS what they do. The best way to deal with narcissists is to have nothing to do with them. They don't change and don't care about the damage they do. And this is so prevalent among the trans movement.

I am so, so glad that I managed to keep my Trans then-H, the father of my two children, away from them. I insisted that there must be an independent witness present, in order to stop him lying and manipulating them. We found such a person, but somehow we never found a time and a place for a meeting to take place... and after a few years he stopped asking to see them. He was always self-pitying and demanding. He had no idea what his children were thinking or doing, even though he received copies of their school reports. None of the information about his children "entered his mind". He was a supreme narcissist. Selfish, blind to the concerns of everyone except himself.. and not even looking properly into his own motivations. He was surly and very, very lazy.
So agree with 100% of what you are saying. My husband was depressed bc our son died. Went to a “psychologist” and she convinced him he would overcome his depression if he became a woman. We had been married 40 years.
We are still co-habituating at this time. He is 70 years old. And I found out the “psych” was only a family counselor. Her job was to emasculate men.

Your X involving your children, reveals a self-centered (narcissistic) personality without conscience in my opinion.
He should have left, disappeared, dissociated from any related affiliation with his family. It seems the only reasonably honorable action to take in order to not shame his family. The only way a person, as I see it, should get away with his actions is if his wife, children, and other family members supported it.
Your story is heartbreaking.
I would definitely leave the state and take my kids the hell away from that man, his sick sex partners being around my kids…all the crap that goes with it. I’d do ANYTHING to save my kids from that sick eff.
Six suicide attempts between the three of them? We don’t know anything about the trauma they went through, what they were exposed to. Only by the mother’s words. But we can’t imagine how their stability and their life’s floor was swiftly destroyed from under them.
