EASY check for turbo solenoid failure

Easily check the FAILURE of the turbo solenoid. ADVICE: do this test with the solenoid valve HOT, since when they start to fail, most of them fail when they are hot, but not when they are cold.

What is the ideal condition of these type solenoid,is it open or close when there is no power supply(engine is off comdition).?and when the engine going to higher rpm these type solenoid function will be open and close or partially open or close ?

Thanks, it's straight forward. But can it be working below specification (partial failure) or is it like light bub that goes off once it's bad?

If the ECU detects that it is bad, it deactivates it and stops sending electricity.
