    The most natural and legit way to learn planche is doing negatives. At handstand straddle your legs and start leaning forward lowering your body. You can also push yourself back in the handstand after a little leaning and repeat doing this. First off, the most common beginners mistake is training static elements only doing static exercises, this is so wrong because it develops your body in a very narrow way. Say you've been training front lever only doing static exercises and now you are good at holding fl, well doing pull ups in fl will still be a very tough exercise for you as its a dynamic exercise and your body doesn't how to do it, it has been developing muscles that are responsible only for holding. What else can I say, doing one leg front/back lever or one leg planche doesn't engage your core. Everyone who tries to learn fl only doing one leg variation is not even aware how much your abs are engaged in that movement. So doing one leg variations are similar to full versions but they do not develop every muscle that needed for that exercise

    The thing I don't get about the calisthenics community is, that people keep asking for tutorials , even tho there are already 1000 of them on UA-cam. I don't disrespect Andrea , he made a great tutorial , it may help someone , but he didn't show anything new. Just the standard progressions , everyone already know. So what's the conclusion ? Pic up ur ass and start working on ur planche instead of sitting on UA-cam and trying to find the super magical tutorial which will teach you to planche in a week. Consistency and patience , that's how u can defeat the gravity!

    • @azdat4523
      @azdat4523 5 років тому

      A little but mostly no, mastering straddle planche probably will just train our muscle strength hold for the planche like training to get ready for the full planche 'training' not the actual planche. Cs our legs position obv will differs our strength hold. As far i've train, i did get the full planche by training with a straight leg (like one leg tuck one leg straight out, full planche lean with elastic bands)

    • @azdat4523
