I watched most of the trial today (watching replay here now). Brooks whining about his life being over and not being able to visit friends when HE KILLED PEOPLE is just too much. Whining about a made up shoulder injury when a witness today had TWO KNEE SURGERIES, flew 15-20 feet from the car, and had their son get run over ALL BY BROOKS is just… I don’t know. Words are not enough for the anger and frustration of watching that part of the interrogation, seeing that witness, and hearing the audio of the marching band part of his rampage all in one day. I assume the jury is just as filled with rage as we are and will act swiftly and accordingly.

I've been watching the Darrell Brooks trial everyday since it started. I usually am just a little late but Friday i woke up extra early and was glad i did because i was greeted with extra crazy. Darrell reads the incomplete public defender's notes, asks the questions they noted, then he takes a five minute break between questions for the next 45 minutes as he asks the poor witness questions that range from meaningless to devastating to his own case 99% of the time. Darrell is a woman hating a-hole bad father that lives with mama and never developed passed the age of 5. I'll never understand why he got rid of his own lawyer. The judge in my opinion has THE MOST patient and professional attitude with this child and in doing so will avoid any sort of appeal I hope.

If that's possible wouldn't it be the smart move since his objections concerning his birth name are hit or miss. He doesn't object everytime he's referred to by his name. The constant objections about his name are undoubtedly irritating/infuriating the jury. If the objection was standing it would encompass everytime his name came up, no?
