- Join in for a 30 minute FULL BODY WORKOUT with warm up and cool down included! Today's routine is using bodyweight only. You don't need any equipment except for your mat. Intervals during the workout will be 45 seconds on and 15 seconds rest. So get ready to sculpt and sweat! 💞 xox Mik

Please do more of these, loved it. A refreshing break from lifting weights and loved low impact and knee friendly. The mix of moves was great.
As a 60+ yo woman, these slower and controlled movements felt comfortable and safe. The gentle moves involving the knees and hips also felt fabulous as people our age bracket aren't as limber as we used to be. Thank you for creating a variety of content for all age and gender groups. You are by far my favorite fitness instructor on YT. Congrats as well on your pregnancy❤

Absolutely Love ur workouts & ur total vibe. 1 suggestion: sometimes u do mirroring with left & right & sometimes u don't, so gets confusing, I prefer wld prefer no mirroring. 💜🙏
