    Please do more of these, loved it. A refreshing break from lifting weights and loved low impact and knee friendly. The mix of moves was great.

    As a 60+ yo woman, these slower and controlled movements felt comfortable and safe. The gentle moves involving the knees and hips also felt fabulous as people our age bracket aren't as limber as we used to be. Thank you for creating a variety of content for all age and gender groups. You are by far my favorite fitness instructor on YT. Congrats as well on your pregnancy❤

    Absolutely loved this workout! I struggle to find bodyweight HIIT workouts that combine cardio AND strength exercises! It's like a 2 in 1! Good work! I LUV working out w u Mik! Since u have this positive energy around u. U make working out SOOO fun ❤

    Absolutely Love ur workouts & ur total vibe. 1 suggestion: sometimes u do mirroring with left & right & sometimes u don't, so gets confusing, I prefer wld prefer no mirroring. 💜🙏
