Hi, I have a suggestion. Since you talk about mostly how to value the money and how we could fight inflation or depreciation. Could you also talk about why the value of peso is increasing as time goes by. Like, for example, how does billions of debts of our country and how printing more money especially every ber months affect the value of peso. If this makes sense to you, I hope you could share it with us too.

Same thoughts on the dashboard. It's confusing to compute total principal invested and return. Hope they can improve the interface.
That was also my problem with seedin ... my money is just sitting for a long time before there's a project available

I have the app for more than 7 months but haven't had the chance to invest because there aren't enough projects to invest. I don't have time to check everyday for investments opportunities. I haven't gotten an email if there are investment opportunities as well.

Same experience.
Seedin is good. But it is crowded. Paglabas ng new project within 1 to 5 minutes pwede sold out. Since mabilis ma sell out madami ang mag buy right on the second na mag open. Since madami ang naka log in and buying, the server is super congested and sometimes crashes
Hi Ms. Charm, the interest that seed in is referring to is the interest per annum. If you will compute it manually you will not get that same interest if your contract is not for a year. For example if you invested 1,000.00 and the rate is 11% for 8 months. The interest will be computed in this way (1,000x11%x8/12)= 73.33 then from there you need to deduct the risk management fee and withholding tax. That's where you will be able to compute the total interest that you will receive.

Flint was good. Not as crowded as seedin. Returns similar. BUT na investigate ng SEC due to some violation and naka freeze ang lahat ng pera namin. So we might never get our money back
I wonder when do we get our money back or if they ever work things out with SEC after all.

It's still working po. Auto invest is the key pra d Ka na masyadong nag Checheck Sa account mo. Pero I advice you check your account every now and then pra mkapag manual invest Ka. Make sure to have avail funds Sa account mo pra no hassle ung pag invest mo
The subscription period of 30 days is too much. During this 30 days your money don't earn interest.

For some reason yung Alfred auto ko laging 1k ang iniinvest sa mga projects. It's 1k lang so walang dividends na pumapasok😥. Tho nakaset naman yung Alfred auto ko sa amount na gusto ko iinvest pero laging 1k lang yung kinukuha nia. Is it normal ba?
They usually distribute it first to all users in increments of 1k. After everyone is served, they do another round :)
