The Royal museum from the Africa dlc would suit this area as it has a double snake and spider exterior.
The one and only place that asset would work I think 😂
Same for the panda enclosure from Pearls of the East

If you name it Tarsiers' Beautiful Nightmare Zoo, you won't even have to rename the bus lines! And I think it's clear what has them so traumatized: the asymmetric crosswalks in front of the main gate 😬

Great build. I think one of the new biofuel buses from the update would be a perfect zoo shuttle, because it has the plant design on it.
Gotta say, you are great at utilizing available space comfortably. My builds tend to feel like I'm cramming every available building in. Your builds look naturally placed with little effort, something I consciously strive for. Kudos egg.

Such a nice location for the zoo and an excellent layout, too. I really like the entrance with the bus access, the parking lots up front, and the maintenance building. I will be using this for inspiration on my next zoo build. .
At the main entrance for the crossing one side the road is 240 and other side you did 280 by mistake. Or you could even connect the pedestrian roads straight up so that it creates the crossings.

Looks amazing as always! The one add I think would make sense; I feel like the nature reserve fence should be put in between the viewing platforms of the zoo if possible. I don't think the zoo could get away with a lack of fencing in that area.

I think calling it a sanctuary or reservation might be good. Backstory could be that it’s all the rescued animals- especially from the evil scientist making carnivorous deer and other weird animal testing
As one of the few who wasn’t really into the last build, I’m happy to report I found this zoo build to be fantastic! So glad you managed to fit rhinos and lions in at the end. Every zoo needs lions! Was wondering if the Sharon bus would re-route once you hooked in the high speed country road? Or did it stay on it’s original route?
I didn't re-route as there are stops just past that junction :)
OCD police here, the crosswalks in front of the main entrance are not evenly spaced.
Would have liked to see ya build some water infrastructure in the main zoo atop the hill all quay'd up for the sea life thingy. Great build otherwise! :)
I have finally caught up with my favorite cities series! I started around 2 months ago and have been desperately trying to keep up 😂
So if you draw the paths first with the Gravel Paths, you can get MUCH closer to the road. then just convert them to Zoo Paths!
The result? A Zoo Path texture that meets exactly on the road edge!

Certainly the tastiest of vanilla zoo parks, well done! Kinda think you went too hard on the parking for it, but maybe adding some other unique destination spots nearby would help justify a huge car park? Also a bit sad we didn't get the ridiculous ultimate zoo bridge to heaven you were teasing
Really nice build, love the layout and how it worked out. Allowing enough space for the zoo can make it be pretty great. And the amount of people that were on those viewing decks, around 28:30 when you were putting the giraffes in, was great!

Great big zoo. 👍 ** One style maybe for it being large, San Diego Zoo uses cable cars to get from one zide of zoo to other, all the while being able to view the exhibits, kind of a neat experience.
37:32 You know, I am about 99% sure that this isn't a safe layout 😂 I am almost sure they could just jump on top of that pipe, go over the top of the walkway and just jump down. I feel like they went out of their way to give some of these zoo assets clear safety threats ^^

Awesome build guide as always Egg , a couple of ideas id like to share but the cliffside path fence should be further away from the path in my opinion , add a few planters , flowers, tables and chairs etc around the space to fill in the area between the fence and path , you could even change that particular fence to railings so they have a view over the cliff edge 👍 the other is something i tend to do but add the stables next to or opposite the park maintenance building they look so good together , 👍✌❤😉 learned so much watchiing your vanilla builds dude , keep em coming 🙏

I done something special with my last zoo. I build with help of bus lanes and the tourist open bus a safari tour as I build my zoo on a mountain on multiple lvl was the cable car 🚠 used as well.
For my thrill park I used the smaller monorail 🚝 connecting car park and entrance and a second line different areas in the park. Wondering if you could build something similar just 1000 times nicer than me
Legend has it that if you go to the middle viewing platform at 9 o'clock in the evening with a high powered telescope. On the other side of the highway, you may see the silouette of a woman getting changed before or after her shower...
She's in her eighties though.

I think you should name the zoo in honor of renowned Orchid Bay zoologist, Dr Melissa Cage, who’s dedication to opening the new zoo completely free to all residents has earned it the moniker “Cage Free Zoo”
To honor the untextured moose creep factor, maybe rename their enclosure as "The Slender-moose Enclosure"... Because they do have a slender-man-esque appearance to them
Also goes with the theme of the carnivorous deer from the beginning of the series.
