- We are back with another special collab project with @OVERCHARGEDEGG ! Today we visit Egg’s vanilla city of Orchid Bay whilst he is building in Fewnilla County this week. We create a HUGE unique park area combining a ton of different assets you may not expect to create the ultimate family fun adventure park!

Oh my days, Few!! I wont lie, I was nervous with someone touching Orchid Bay, but you have absolutely smashed it - this is one of the most stunning, imaginative builds I've seen in Vanilla CS full stop! Love this addition to Orchid Bay!

What an incredibly creative combination of assets to make a truly unique park, any family would love to visit here I can imagine. Especially loved that quad bike track.
Great job on this very realistic looking park! I don't think people realise how detailed and alive Orchid Bay looks till they do an overview of the city and see how many moving cogs create this spectacular City. You really did well on keeping an "Eggy" theme to the park.

That was just amazing! I loved how in the beginning the graphic of the tractor moving Overcharged Egg title! So cute and clever, and that imaginative spirit reigned supreme throughout this build.
I love the "kiddie " track so the little ones would not feel left out; the giant playground because i have observed that in zoos and amusement parks that if you just let the little ones run around and make their own stories and adventures in a playground they are quite happy.
I love the petting zoo.
Love the broad sweep of the pedestrian road.
I love the clever idea of the model train running throughout the park
...and then for the older ones -like teenagers on a date , taking a hike to the castle to take in the view.
Truly fun for the whole family...and lucky us to watch in this episode.
Sooo happy to see another collab, you two are doing awesome stuff in each others cities. And I was a bit skeptical at the beginning, the amusment park tiles, with dirt roads/paths and some concrete paths. But you pulled it off, I'd love to take a tour on the dirt-track with a quad, get some ice-cream and enjoy a nice dinner at the lakefront. I didn't even know the canoe's would float on water 🤯, that's a nice trick to get some more 'action' onto shorelines. Great addition to Orchid Bay, thanks Few.❤

Awesome build. I like how you used so many different park and amusement assets to create this unique theme park. One thing I would change though. Change the station on the hill to a 2 track stop: 1. the outer tracks can be for the regular trains to stop at and go through along the outside, and 2. the inner track could be used to make a closed circuit on the inside, in and around the park, then you can put one train to loop around the park. Also after that put some small real station stops where you created pretend stops, which would also help that mass of people get down and around from the station better and put them right in the park.

You were absolutely selling yourself short, FewCandy, when you doubted if you could live up to Egg's standards. It is a fantastic build! I also like the approach of mixing a park with a pedestrian zone, even though the game tries to discourage you from doing that with the zoning tools. A true delight to watch this.

Yes, this very much feels much like the family adventure parks you come across in rural areas across the UK. Great build!
I didn’t think I would say this, but the cargo trains are an excellent aesthetic on the miniature railway through the park as the empty cargo carts looks the like sort of open air carriages you get on those sorts of things.
The mix of styles really works!

0:28 plot twist: that asteroid was/contained a WAAAAAAAGH. The town is now called Orkid Bay.
So so beautiful!! I understand why you were nervous but if there was a creator to collab on orchid bay, it is easily you! Your stunning attention to detail! I mean the park is so realistic and your zoning and placement of assets!! And you even did a traffic fix biffa would be proud of 😅.

Could always make the one-way train track connect to the main line in the opposite ways so it forms more sort of a loop, which seems more appropriate given the type of attraction it's trying to be, and would also prevent it from being used
Is there no "Old Tram" asset you could use on a loop in the park ? Something to mimic the converted car trains you find in amusement parks. Something like the very early wooden trams in Vienna wouldn't look out of place.
One other thing missing in general is equine assets or do I just miss seeing them in videos ? For such a huge industry in so many countries its an important visual asset that seems overlooked.
Maybe someone could re-skin the water outlet to look like a boat shed just for this sort of situation = )

I will try to do something like that, but when I try to use different parks on the same area, it does not allow me saying it is not the same themed park... which is odd as this series does not have the mod to multi-themed parks.
CS1 looks so clear, colorful and vibrant compared to the washed-out CS2. 😥

I'm completely torn. What you've built is great, there's no doubt about it. It looks really great - but I think it's unfortunate that you used FindIt to get assets that we don't have access to in the vanilla game - even if it looks great.
Hiding the water outlet is actually quite easy. The lake simply has to be deeper, then the outlet can be hidden in the lake without being visible. You may also have turned off the pump to detail the edges even better.
I know this is complaining at a very high level. At a very very very high level.

All in all, the new park is super detailed, with great attention to detail. I would now only be interested in how many trees OverchargedEgg can plant now - there can't be many anymore...
