Plyos generally supercharges the nervous system which is beneficial for lifting then again plyos like depth jumps, broad jumps, max approach jumps performed with high intent are tougher on the joints which can lead to injury so if you are not short on time I think it's best to do them on seperate days or recover properly before lifting.

what days should you do plyos on? the days you lift? rest days (non sprint or lift days) or sprint days

i dont have any hill sled means anything to do a resisted sprint then how do i increase my power.
