    It really helped me to come out of stress because of family members and husband during my pregnancy . I was in depression and worried about my baby , it really helped me . I will definitely recommend everyone to do this during your pregenency.

    During Nadi sodhan pranayaman u said no sound should come when breathing and breath out, but I m getting sounds , what does that mean?

      Hi Divya, yes these Pranayamas are good for reducing stress which in turn can help in reducing bp during pregnancy. However, pregnancy induced hypertension requires close monitoring and may sometimes may require medication.

    Hi i had cerclage stitch recently and been advised not to sit on floor and i should not sit like this legs folded. So any other option for me. I really want to do breathing exercises.

      Hi Mayuri, Once a day is enough. Morning or evening is ok - just make sure you haven't eaten for about 2 hours.

      Hi there! Deep breathing exercises should be done with a gap of at-least 3 hours after eating. If you have that gap after dinner go ahead. Otherwise try doing it before dinner :)

      Hi Sreya, pregnancies can be a challenging experience. If possible try to get some additional support from your family and friends. If nothing works, I would recommend getting some professional help as being in a positive state of mind is important both for you health and the health of your baby. Take care!

    Let me mention here as a 500hour Yoga teacher and a mother. BHRAMHARI PRANAYAMA MUST NOT BE PRACTICED BY PREGNANT WOMEN!! So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!

      Hi, I am not sure where you have read that Bhramari pranayama should be practiced by pregnant women. If you check this curriculum approved by Ministry of AYUSH ( Gov. of India), Bhramari has been mentioned as part of the practice protocol for pregnant women. Hope this helps.
