Hi there! Deep breathing exercises should be done with a gap of at-least 3 hours after eating. If you have that gap after dinner go ahead. Otherwise try doing it before dinner :)

So please give a statutory warning before your video that it should not be practiced by women who have conceived and kindly edit your video caption immediately. What you are teaching can be contradictory and harmful to someone who doesn't know this!!
Hi, I am not sure where you have read that Bhramari pranayama should be practiced by pregnant women. If you check this curriculum approved by Ministry of AYUSH ( Gov. of India), Bhramari has been mentioned as part of the practice protocol for pregnant women. Hope this helps.
