How do we get the length correct ?? I mean tips on where to hit on wall .. someone could throw light on it.. or is it just power that has to be varied to get different length without compromising speed of ball

Length is always a result of height vs power. Look for either quite low and hard or as high and as powerless as possible. Everything in beetween is easy to volley. Obviously, side wall contact will affect the length - greatly for a new (rough) ball

Seeing as you’re a full time coach and have plenary of experience have you got any tips for this.
I have really been working on my backhand and it is now very good however my forehand has deteriorated as I am now stepping in on left foot (incorrect foot for me a lefty)

there's nothing wrong with using your left foot. I would just suggest doing solo and simple drills with the foot that feels less comfortable

Hitting style does not necessarily make you a very super top levelled player (contrasting to PSA world tour players). An average club player with lots and lots of experience and years of playing can know how to hit the ball hard and with accuracy but it would not prove that he is of a level of the top players in the world. To prove your skill worthy of PSA world tour players you have to win matches of qualifying rounds until you reach the absolute top which means you can come on PSA world tour's Squash TV! As we know that the top world tour players have previously won qualifying round matches and have the necessary points to reach where they are, this goes with everybody. The top players of the world right now can defeat any club players with minimum effort as they have mastered the highest level of game and all possible tactics.

and they practice for 6 hours a day, i can hit the ball as well and hard as the psa but i woulda very long way to go, i played my mate in OZ who used to play David Palmer the or mar no 1, and afterwards, i felt like giving up lol
