  • Squash Originals wants to help you play better squash. In this video Seb Weenink will explain to you what the best options you have from the back of the court hitting a straight drive. Which heights you can use best on the front wall depending on much time space and speed you will hit your shot. Using different heights will help you keep control over the rally. Being aware when to hit which height will help you control your rally and give yourself time or opportunities to win!

Excellent. Thinking behind the shots separate the better players from the average. Keep it up. What is the difference between follow the ball and not run after the ball?

Thanks for the support. The difference for me is that with walking with the ball I can manage my distance towards the ball better, running after the ball most of the time the player gets to close and the ball also stays behind the player a lot of the time then. Hope this explains!

Thank you. One more question for you, when do you decide to play what shot, when you are at the T going towards the ball or even earlier than that. If you can make a video, it will be helpful.
