It seems a minor point but focussing on bringing the elbow through is so useful for me, thank you. I'm going to write the word 'elbow' on the top of my right shoe :)
Great vid, but reminder to viewers on the backhand that the grip must not be "closed" to do what Jesse does... the grip has to be "open" with the wrist cocked. The flat part of the palm is NOT against the flat part of the racket but the racket is rotated about 30 degrees "clockwise" so avoid the BREAKING the wrist (a complete no-no).
