Broken wrist syndrome, see Dr. Of Squash Mike Way for the cure. Cocked wrist and a proper grip will vastly improve John's stroke mechanics on the backhand as well as his forehand. Great job pointing him in the correct direction, squash is excellent way slow decline due to ageing and promote homeostasis health.
