Dude. What. I've seen lots of functional setups, but yours, in addition to being functional, is beautiful! (On mine, I opted for a larger, 21 gallon water tank under the bed, but of course that reduces the amount of available storage space) Such a well thought out design!

Amazing -- a fully self contained camper in a topper!! The only missing item is a propane heater for winter camping? Have you thought about what you could do with a higher topper that is just high enough so you can sit on the bed and be able to walk in and out rather than crawl?
Absolutely outstanding planning and build! Definitely one of the best well executed bed campers I've seen that while not exactly cheap, still isn't way higher priced than some of the other units I've seen. Well done sir!

I like everything about this build. Only draw back for me, is my kayak would not fit between the cabinets. This the best build I have ever seen. But the kayak comes first. I built my setup to fit my kayak. It works, but man I would like to have something like yours. Stay safe.
Thanks so much! We used to store full sized kayaks on the roof but then sold them and got a couple of folding ones. Now I can throw them in the back seat. A bit of a pain folding and unfolding, but very convenient when transporting.
My truck camper has a air conditioning unit on top . I've had coworkers at work being nosy trying to look in the back of my truck so I blackened out my windows . I should have had it finished by now but I stopped doing it 4 months ago now I got to get back started so I can finish it up .
What a superb build. I wish I had a fraction of your design and engineering capabilities. Any chance you can show or send me the specs on how you built the bed and folding aparatus so two people can sleep?
i have to say i watched realistically over 50 truck camper videos and THIS is just the smallest yet most convenient setup ive seen yet! and it looks great too! my props to you and keep doing what youre doing cuz damn youre good at it XD
Great work Man. I live in a northern climate, so I'd add a Micro Grizzly wood stove and optional water heater tank. I plan on building a wooden bunkie with steel roof on my F250.
Beautiful and well thought out design. Curious why I'm not seeing folks use the portable cartridge toilets? It has a few gallons of water and I used septic tank friendly Bio-Paks . Worked great on my 20' center console boat which had a tiny changing room in the console. Once it was used, no smell. Empty the contents up to a few days later at any toilet in a gas station. The girls loved it and out was as close to home toilet as one could get.
You’re very welcome! I tried a few different methods until I was satisfied with the ease of use and strength of each method. So far it’s working great.

WELL THOUGHT OUT! Nice clean design and execution. Bravo!
My truck camper has a air conditioning unit on top .
I've had coworkers at work being nosy trying to look in the back of my truck so I blackened out my windows . I should have had it finished by now but I stopped doing it 4 months ago now I got to get back started so I can finish it up .
AC would be wonderful!
Reminds me of the old school "Analytical Prepper" videos....(w/c is a huge compliment!) I am, as you said, inspired! Thanks!
Awesome…thanks so much!
Loved the simple way to lock the back door. You could market that sell them for sure.
Thanks so much…I appreciate it!
I have seen thousands of set ups and had many of my own .
This one takes it to a new level .
Very nicely done .
Thanks so much…very much appreciated!
I LOVE this build!! Simple, clean, efficient, economical, and the design colors POP!
i like truck builds like this it doesnt totally destroy the the stealth like all the other ones i seen
What a superb build. I wish I had a fraction of your design and engineering capabilities. Any chance you can show or send me the specs on how you built the bed and folding aparatus so two people can sleep?
This has to be the sickest truck set up !
Thanks a lot!
Nailed it! Love that style of topper, with the flip out side windows.
Thanks so much! I'm definitely glad I went with this style...it's a bit more secure than windows.
What a brilliant setup! Also the video production quality is bang on. Bravo sir!
U thought of everything I would want and need. I have countless hours searching and your set up by far the best one I've seen!
Thanks so much for the encouragement! I appreciate it!
This is by far the best camper build I have ever saw!😮
i have to say i watched realistically over 50 truck camper videos and THIS is just the smallest yet most convenient setup ive seen yet! and it looks great too! my props to you and keep doing what youre doing cuz damn youre good at it XD
I just didn’t have enough clearance for one.
@@WhentheDustSettles That would be a good reason :) Stay safe out there.
Thanks for the genius idea to the security/lock dilemma. I've been grappling with a way and like howyou tackled it.
You’re very welcome! I tried a few different methods until I was satisfied with the ease of use and strength of each method. So far it’s working great.
By far the most informative video. Great job dude!👍🏻
Man oh man oh man this is hands down the most insane truck bed camper set up I have ever seen…I love it!! You absolutely crushed this build and your creativity skills are incredible. You mentioned that you are $5000 into this build. Does that include everything including the Thule rack, solar, power station, wiring, etc?
