You could now buy the Bluetti Charger 1 system and charge you AC200 with your truck running. While letting you truck heater run. If you have a cab to bed window connection, you can bring the cab heat with a small fan. Then the AC200 will have a high temp to start with.

No, no Cascina, we don't joke about pewing pewing the braincells. You are my quicksand. Let your passion blossom into work & let it kill you because it's the few things worth living for & worth dying for. You have so much potential! Its a good thing that you good laid off because you yourself weren't happy with the work ( which you have your reasons as to why). That stress would have definitely messed your Christmas but now you free to pour yourself into your passion (which already do), your fanbase will grow so will your financial freedom. I wish I could lay down, hug you & kiss your Orion's Belt... Cheers for now my celebrity crush! 😊🐻‍❄👋🏾

Venting with that heater is key. Having the insurance of the Kidde is absolutely necessary. I use two buddies in my ice fishing fabric tent when I go winter camping in -30c. They shut off if I don’t have two windows open for proper venting. My only complaint with the heater is they are super hard to ignite in the extreme cold. Great video as per! 👊🤙

Man oh man oh man this is hands down the most insane truck bed camper set up I have ever seen…I love it!! You absolutely crushed this build and your creativity skills are incredible. You mentioned that you are $5000 into this build. Does that include everything including the Thule rack, solar, power station, wiring, etc?

I dont have a roof vent just side windows. You leave it on all night? Does one bottle last all night or more than one night. I used to just light my propane lantern to break the chill at bed time and shut off once in bed. Light again in the morning to get up. I dont think I need one this big. I am seldom in very cold areas here like that. Thx

Great work Man. I live in a northern climate, so I'd add a Micro Grizzly wood stove and optional water heater tank. I plan on building a wooden bunkie with steel roof on my F250.

  • @dell7990

You need a mini oil radiator heater 800W, set to low setting 400W. You then need timers, set timing to 30 min on and 15 min off. in a hour the heater only ran 45 min, you would consume 300W in a hour.. Oil radiator heater is a much powerful long lasting heat that is similar to fire heat caused from the burning of oil inside the casing, the heater is hot till you cannot touch and the heat is coming from all over front, top, sides back.

Just occurred to me, how about packing a few layers of silver foil beneath the bricks and above the sand? Might reflect some heat back up instead of it being absorbed downwards? I’m thinking of using this for my van. Great vid… thanks 🙏

Solar generators are just not that great at powering 1500-watt heaters. if you are going to live in your van prob a good idea to invest in a Propane Catalytic Heater.

I am driving a 2023 dodge ram 1500 with the 6f4 box and i am only 5'7" and cannot sit upright if i make the bed frame at the same level as the wheel tubs...any advice would be greatly appreciated

I have this heater in my shopping cart, I'm just starting to set up my 07 Ram for camping but I'm also unsure. If you are alone there is room for this heater, with my son I need a wider bed and the space is very tight, especially since I am afraid that a sleeping bag or blanket will get dirty when I sleep. How do you see that? and how long can you heat with this filling? great video, greetings from Austria

If your truck had a sliding rear window, you could move from the cab to the camper without going out.
