Wes, how does this door construction differ from all the advice I have ever heard of not gluing interior door panels to the rail and style. Are you concerned about wood movement with these? Thanks
can I ask why you chose 18 g nails for the panel instead of 23 g? I figured htere would be an easier chance to crack an edge and expose bigger hole. I have both sizes of brads but I've always been afraid of shooting 18g that close to the edge! You are a pro, so I figured you would know....
