I love how you demonstrated how you activate your curls. I always rush through this process, but seeing your results, I will definitely take my time next time. Thanks for sharing how you use your DIY products and which ones you are actually using to grow your hair currently. Great video! :)

I just purchased all the products! I’m excited to make and try them. I currently make and am using the flax gel and I loooooove it so much more than eco style. Definitely making the hair serum because my fine hair tangles so easily I never wear wash and go’s because of it. Thank you so much for this ❤️
Found your page and loving the lighter natural approach. I've started using DIYS and Ayurveda but have noticed my scalp is getting very oily and my wash days aren't lasting as long as they could. Do you do oil pre poos very often? My hair is on the finer side so really looking forward to having a go at your recipes. thanks very much for sharing
Thank you and yes, I massage my scalp with oil before every wash routine. An important factor is that when I feel there is too much build up I switch to using my clarifying shampoo: go.magik.ly/ml/1q1zk/ once I use it my hair and scalp are clean and balanced until the next wash day. Since your hair is fine, maintaining a regular clarifying routine is key.
@@LotusFlowerLife thankyou! I never used to clarify this much before hand (once every 3-4 weeks). But I do find myself clarifying every 2 weeks now .... I wonder if I need a lighter oil. Will have an experiment with grapeseed oil that you've recommended in another vid. Thankyou!
I love how detailed your vids are you answer at first just about the questions I have. However I know probably said it in another vid but where can I get the detangling comb/brush you use? 😬🤷🏽♀️🥰
It's a satin bonnet I got years ago at a random beauty supply, I've been trying to find a new one for years without success cuz the one I have is kinda old 😅😬
Thanks so much for sharing! I tried this routine a few days ago and now my hair has a really unpleasant smell. Do you have any idea what could've caused this smell and how to get rid of it?
If it smells strange it could be because either the products weren't fresh or you didn't let your hair dry fully before going to sleep. After your hair fully dries it shouldn't smell like anything.
Wow !! I just stumbled here .. loved the video , immediately made everything as per your videos .. loved everything about it but just one problem.. the falxseed gel left a white cast all over my hair .. looked so horrible that I had to was my hair the very same day .. could you please suggest what went wrong
I also wanted to ask you where you got the brown scarf that you tied over your silk scarf? I have been looking for something like this for a long time! Thank you!
I got the brown one YEARS ago at some random beauty supply store. I've been looking to find a replacement & can't find one so far 🤦🏽♀️. Maybe you'll have some luck finding one at your local beauty supply store 💕. Let me know if you do!
Girl I keep it simple with messy curly buns and das about it 😬. I shared 3 bun styles in this video that I like to do often ua-cam.com/video/v3zQOL5BguY/v-deo.htmlfeature=shared
Right?! I absolutely love using that bottle for my gel. No matter how thick it is, the gel comes out really easily. I got it off of amazon ➡ amzn.to/3nbd5bX
what's your hair porosity? cause I have low porosity I believe and idk if this would work for me tbh idek if it is low porosity cause it takes forever to be wet (I've gotten to a point where I've given up waiting for my hair to be fully wet💀) but it dries super quickly
I am a 25 yr old curly transwoman and you given me such a headstart with this video!! Since beggining my transition a couple months ago I have struggled to get my curls to grow due to mechanical issues. Here I was thinking I didn't pass cuz my curl game was weak af but it is so relieving to see all the other curly girls struggle with me. I don't have any essential oil for my hair, can I use VCO or virgin coconut oil instead?
Thank you for these videos. I have been searching for natural diy hair care products and I'm really looking forward to making and using these.

Hello my love 🤗, you are very welcome & thank you!
@@LotusFlowerLife You're welcome 🤗
Thank you for sharing this! I am just having difficulty finding the 2nd brown wrap that you use, as it's not in the description box.
Hi love, you're welcome! I got that specific head scarf years ago at a random beauty supply and haven't been able to find it anywhere online 😑.
Do you damp or spray your hair with water before you put the coconut milk?? 🤔🤔🤔
Also, do you warm up the coconut milk?
Nope, I just go straight in with coconut milk and it is room temp 💜.

I have low porosity hair and psoriasis scalp. Can i use ambunu shampoo?
Thanks so much for sharing! I tried this routine a few days ago and now my hair has a really unpleasant smell. Do you have any idea what could've caused this smell and how to get rid of it?
If it smells strange it could be because either the products weren't fresh or you didn't let your hair dry fully before going to sleep. After your hair fully dries it shouldn't smell like anything.
@@LotusFlowerLife Hm, strange. It started smelling especially bad when I was diffusing it.
Help: where can i buy the ambunu leaves ?
Do you use one can for the detangler and separate another can for the deep conditioner?
I used this DIY as my deep conditioner bit.ly/CurlCreamHairMask
Where I can get all the curl hair products?
Isn’t the plastic going to leach chemicals onto your hair with the hot cap?

Make sure you put enough leave in conditioner before applying flaxseed gel. I explain everything to avoid flaking in this video bit.ly/3EbLzzO

Honay - 1. Obsessed with this length on you and 2. 9 days old hair that looks like that 😍😭 - goalssss where Dey do dat at ??
Thank you so much honay! I think it's the perfect length for me too 😊. I wanna keep it at this length, it feels so much better than super long hair!
What bottle did you use for the flaxseed gel? It looks cute!
Right?! I absolutely love using that bottle for my gel. No matter how thick it is, the gel comes out really easily. I got it off of amazon ➡ amzn.to/3nbd5bX
@@LotusFlowerLife Thank you! Also (and you probably already know) your curls are absolutely stunning!
Thank you beauty! I appreciate your kind words 🤗💜
I usually oil my hair the night before I wash. is this recommended?
Yes, hair oiling is a fantastic way to prep your hair for wash day 💕
what's your hair porosity? cause I have low porosity I believe and idk if this would work for me
tbh idek if it is low porosity cause it takes forever to be wet (I've gotten to a point where I've given up waiting for my hair to be fully wet💀) but it dries super quickly
I have mainly low porosity hair, hope this helps.
Do you dry finger detangle prior to the coconut milk?
Nope, I don't. My detangling process starts after applying the coconut milk like I demonstrated in the video.
