Faded is great, along with retinoids like Tretinoin and prescription azelaic acid. It's not what most people want to hear, but some dark marks can take YEARS to fade and if you're prone to hyperpigmentation including PIE/PIH and melasma, you need an entire routine that is geared towards treating that consistently and continuously over years. Wearing sunscreen not only when outside but also inside is also key.
I'm using Faded with 20% Azclear, plus Avene Retinaldehyde. Good result too 👍 Downside is now my face is so much brighter than my body skin. Now, I have to care about my body skin too. 😅 I have both Versed dark gel and Faded. Faded is so much better.
I have that question I am using tretinoin for 4 years and I want to add faded in my nighttime routine (now I am off of hydroquinone for melasma) to keep results but in faded web site said faded cannot be used with tretinojn like how to add it to my routine ?

I even got my hands on hydroquinone to push the fading faster. Of course I won’t use it for a long period of time and will use it and break for awhile and then try it again while using other stuff like niacinamide, vitamin C, peels etc
Ambi cream has been around for years and years give that a try. Of course vitamin C and niacinamide also since now the hydroquinones are no longer available. I agree with the doctor that was a much better treatment

I don't know if this is something you could respond to as doctors. I was referred by my Primary to a dermatologist because of a large darkening of the skin on my lower back down to below my waist. I also had what looks like sun spots on my arms. I saw this as an opportunity to also ask about some specific spots on my face that aren't going away. The doctor determined that the spots on my arms were not cancer and had an explanation for the lower back. But when it came to the spots on my face, he didn't really even look at them closely. He just told me that my only options were to freeze them off or to dye my skin. And I felt like he was basically rushing me out. He didn't suggest any of the over the counter options you talked about in this video or really anything that had healthy ingredients to benefit the skin. In your opinion, do you think that is because I was there on a referral from my Primary covered by insurance? I don't imagine my insurance covers treatment of dark spots, but only what are potintial health risks. That made me wonder if the kind of skin care, like you cover in this video, is only provided by dermatologists if patients are paying from their own pocket. As doctors I thought you might have some insight.
I love the zitsticka hyperfade, but it is expensive. Imagine my shock when I saw that they were applying the patch. My heart ached. But thanks to this video, I'll have to try other options. I like how the hyoerfade showed "soon" results. I'd usually see a pimple turn into an angry burn crater. After hyperfade, it'd be like a silhouette of a dark spot. It's there but so much less obvious. I would like to try the faded one and see if I can get the same results for less.
I would love to hear your take on what I'm calling a 'toner explosion' in the beauty market. It seems that all the trendy brands are pushing toners on us now (expensive ones). But are they any good and most importantly, are they any good for our skin? It would be great to have some insight before I drop $80 on a toner. Thanks so much!

Where was this video 2 wks ago before I treated my dark spots with Freeze Away Wart remover. I haven’t scared myself, the spot is faded. Then I purchased one of those burnishing pens that burn the skin. We’ll see. Hydroquinone never worked for me.
What steps to be followed to remove the dark spots bcz i tried trying kohjlic acid treatment peeling but instead of peeling or removing i got thoses dark spots which i didnt had before in my face.
As a licensed esthetician, I love listening to yall. I learn so much. However, I learned years ago that hydroquinone was not recommended to use long term as it caused kidney damage. My question is, do products penetrate into the blood stream like a patch (which is more concentrated) or do they decrease as they are absorbed in the dermis?

As doctors I thought you might have some insight.
I love the zitsticka hyperfade, but it is expensive. Imagine my shock when I saw that they were applying the patch. My heart ached. But thanks to this video, I'll have to try other options. I like how the hyoerfade showed "soon" results. I'd usually see a pimple turn into an angry burn crater. After hyperfade, it'd be like a silhouette of a dark spot. It's there but so much less obvious. I would like to try the faded one and see if I can get the same results for less.
thanks Guys, very insightful info.
Doctors, could you make a video about the best treatment for acne scars, using procedures as lasers
I can’t use hydroquinone, I get irritated, raised, red bumps. I can used niacinamide, my skin loves it.
It took me 3 months to see changes on my dark spots.
3 days my foot!
Mama Tots❣. I'm my prayers.
I worry about the patches the adhesives especially with a severe allergy to adhesives can't even wear a Band-Aid kind of allergy.
Please could you review the faded cleansing bar that just came out. Thanks
I went to tell shoelover99 that you guys featured her on your video and found out her son was murdered 2 days ago. Thought I’d pass it on in case anyone wanted to reach out to her. 😔
We are truly saddened to hear this terrible news. We have added her GoFundMe to our bio for those who would like to support
Yay! New upload! I have a question. My doctor prescribed me Benzamycin for acne. What would be the best skincare routine with this?
Thank you Doctors!
Could you please reccomend more hyperpigmentation fading products?
I've looked up and most of them aren't up for sale in my country (I live in Europe) and i have a pretty bad time with dark spots caused by acne.
I'm prone to melasma due to one of my medications. I find that the Inky List Tranexamic Acid Serum works best on me.
Please make a video on dark spots / moles bec of pcos, insulin resistance. And skinacre to treat them. Or maybe treatments. Thanks.

Can u please do an episode for use of kojic acid
Thanks for the info.
Thank you for this 👍
As a licensed esthetician, I love listening to yall. I learn so much. However, I learned years ago that hydroquinone was not recommended to use long term as it caused kidney damage. My question is, do products penetrate into the blood stream like a patch (which is more concentrated) or do they decrease as they are absorbed in the dermis?
Did you ever find the answer?? This sounds interesting so I’m curious to know as well.
please give us a review on simple skincare sos
Yay!!! Such a good topic to cover.
P.S. Have you guys been to the beach? You both look tanned. Normally I would be jealous but I been to the beach only a few days ago 😉😎🏖🏝⛱ 🏊♀️🏄♀️
Thank you for this amazing video! I’ve suffered with adult acne for several years now. I have a question. Should we use Hydroquinone and Retinol together? Or is that too much for the skin ?
Great question!
Cuccio a handcream for professionals does an amazing job.
