Hey Man, I was a cook for the first 11 years of my young adult life. Dropped out of high school my senior year an attend CIA in Hyde Park, NY. Worked my way around Miami and eventually ended up leaving the trade. Every time I’m missing the “life” i turn on one of your videos and they always fill that void. I can only imagine the time it takes to do what you do and do the vlogs! Props to you chef, very underrated!
Wow! Thank you so much for your kind words. I truly wish you can find something that feels that void. Making these videos is something I actually enjoy more than cooking itself so it's a win-win for me. People like you are what make me love what I do even more. I'm truly grateful to be able to do this for you and everyone else.
Hello from SW France. I was a school nurse in a very busy high school when I lived in the US. I started wearing scrubs as I hated trying to get body fluids out of my nice clothes. They way I was treated after wearing scrubs was noticeable. Also-love seeing what you make!
it made me augh that they wanted you to be quiet but let the kids scream their lungs out...because that makes sense. I love watching you make all those yummy seafood recipes and I use them as inspiration for the week's menu.

I enjoy these videos, just to see a day in the life of rarer occupations. Like an MCU character, you need an origin story video. You know, short bio, education/training background, favorite foods/specialties, food philosophy, mutant abilities.
As I follow along the way you explain it. It sounds absolutely delicious watching you still can’t believe you lost 30 pounds but good for you if it’s for your health and also I was wondering because you had said your client was on a special diet with diabetes and so am I it’s always good watching your videos. Thank you for the time you put into them. 🎉❤
I read "Pirate Chef" instead of "Private Chef", so here I was for a moment thinking you were out on the high seas cooking in-between skirmishes for your band of scallywags 😂
Quick suggestion (mainly to help me, I'm not sure): maybe when choosing produce or diff stuff at the store, could you tell us how to find the best of X item? Like the avocado. I suck at choosing a good one! Thanks!
thanks for the feedback. That's a great idea and I'll do what I can. I have 100 things coming at me plus I'm trying to do all my grocery shopping. But it's a great idea.
Eric you need to try onion rice… fry onion till caramelized then add rice, salt and a little pepper cook rice as usual… yummy! You can also cook the rice same way but add a little tomato paste for flavour.
Oh nah man really, you did not look frumpy, stop it, go back to being you, that’s the you we all fell in love with! I know you lost all your videos and I was the lucky one who found you the week before and binge watched them all in a weekend, please don’t change, we’re all still here xxx
If we're going through Chef Eric's wardrobe can the heavy duty black Kevlar apron and the brown apron with the leather trim make an appearance. You look Michelin star in those! Super professional and very swanky.
If you like your blue chef coat, consider taking it to a tailor and see if they can take it in for you! No sense in getting rid of a high quality clothing piece that you like just because you're skinnier! ha
Hey man, love your videos. About your videos being deleted, I think you should tweet about it to UA-cam and maybe they can somehow bring them back. At least they seem to do so for the channels that get hacked.
Was someone holding the camera for you while making dinner? When you were about to start, how was the video tracking you "if" no one was holding the camera? Everything there looked delicious! As a private chef, marketing yourself is always very important..!
Don't eat all the delicious stuff like pizza, pasta and potatoes. Stop drinking and eating so much sugar. That's literally all I did. Oh, and I started working out

Do you use a specific app for your grocery list?
Please tell us how you do the crispy rice. I’ve tried it and just can’t get it right
What is the app you use for your shopping?
I love the chef coat on you. I think you look more professional when you are working. P.S. the weight lost looks great on you
Is there a specific kind of tuna you purchase? I would love to make a raw tuna dish like that at home but am nervous about it.
What is the grocery app you are using?
