When my boss would "cater" lunch, it would be pizza & a salad and chicken wings if he was feeling generous, lol. I would have loved to have this kind of lunch catered at work!!
I grew up in Las Vegas, back when the population was only about 100,000! It is fun to see how much is there now. Some of those stores are HUGE, we certainly had nothing like that when I was little.
Just found your videos - so impressed! Can't wait to see more... As a local, I recommend Monzu, Lotus of Siam, Fine Company, North Italia, Other Mama, Nitty's Kitchen... There's so many off the strip that are DELICIOUS. We get strip quality food for NON strip prices. :)
Thank you for another culinary morsel, Chef! The short ribs looked incredible, definitely giving this one a shot this week! Love seeing you let your inner goober out! Your professionalism comes out in your work, don't feel the need to put on a persona to meet that! Genuineness is always appreciated! I hope your date goes well too, Chef! You're stylish as heck and if your videos are anything to go off, you're fun!
I agree. I just listen to relax while I am writing code for work! Soothing voice and I like having domestic background noises rather than work colleagues.
This is my favorite content of your’s, where you seem most comfortable and enjoyable to watch……. Shop, prep, cook amazing food…info about your clients, sense of humor !! …. Compared to your impromptu Q&A with viewers in your own kitchen, not my favorite of your’s to ( to be frank).
Hi from Toronto! Love your videos ,,,, I’m a self taught cook from watching tv videos. I really enjoy your trips to Costco so I know what to buy ,,, I tend to buy the same thing all the time. Have learned lots of new techniques from you ,,,, I’m definitely buying an air fryer. I’m so impressed when you clean your counters and floors at the end of every session ,,,, I’m doing the same thing now. Nice to wake up to a tidy kitchen these days !
Spiceology Greek Freak and Honey Habanero rub are my absolute go to’s for most everything. I’ll have to get their Korean one and try it out, thanks for the recommendation
These videos are definitely very interesting and really helped me cuz I'm wanting to try to do what you do be a private chef a personal chef so a little videos like this and the recipes and stuff it really does help thank you culinary misfit
Thank you for responding to my comment the other day I never expected that you would but I am pleased. Do whatever you see fit I love your content plus your humor is great.
Hey boss local hobby chef from Austin here. Love your videos. Absolutely loved the meal prep video. Made all the recipes with in the first 3 days haha. Would love to see more that format.
Keeping the lid on the pot to help the water start to boil faster was a really good tip. I've felt that the steel pots that I have take longer to boil water in as opposed to the other pots which have a non-stick coating. But then I recently watched a UA-cam short where Rachel Ama say that the trick to getting steel pots to be non-stick was to leave it on the burner of the stove for 2-3 minutes and then use it. I'm still not sure if that applies to all steel pots (meaning the ones I have as well). But it was interesting to see and I appreciate any good tips like that. Btw, those short ribs and the lomein both looked delicious.
Looks yummy! Would love to know what was in the sauce for the shortribs! Didn't see any ingredients for it! Everything looked great and love your happy energy!
Eric get soft tacos great value and fill with fava beans and tahini dip. Super easy and yummy. Great finger food. Easy tomato and cucumber salad with balsamic vinaigrette from scratch.
Yes to all those playlists...we want all the things 😆 Those ribs look so good and his staff is definitely getting spoiled. What brand is the smaller white pot with the wooden handle??
But. When you have an older stove, it takes so much longer for it to preheat, so I just put the stuff in right away, it's gonna take just as long anyway!

Yes same here- we use to just order SubWay sandwiches
One of the best channels on UA-cam for food, Thanks.

Ok this looks amazing, may try to make this as a meal prep one week. What kind of Korean bbq sauce did you use or did you make it yourself?
But. When you have an older stove, it takes so much longer for it to preheat, so I just put the stuff in right away, it's gonna take just as long anyway!
