One of my good friends is a retired chef of 32 years. He cooked organic and vegetarian dishes. One thing I notice between you both is that you don't cook a lot of food for your dishes. I love this. My friends are in their mid 70's and have figures of 20 year olds . Yes, us baby boomers know how to enjoy our lives.
That food looked so good! Question for you, what is your favorite high end restaurant in Vegas, and what's your favorite budget restaurant? Genuinely curious. I've only been to Vegas a few times and never went high end.

Happy Birthday Chef! I prefer this format ...plus I worry less it scares me a bit when you are recording while driving. Would love to see a follow up vid with some easy canapes (or harder ones, i have some skills too you know lol) as a how to. You did one vid I remember at a BBQ creating similar food for before and after and were able to show us some of the details of the dishes in that & I loved it. Gives me inspiration every time, I rarely follow a recipe of any kind but I have not tasted everything in the world yet, so getting some 2nd hand info on what works together is amazing.

Suggestion 1 : if you can’t do anything to celebrate now, get yourself something, ie a kitchen tool/ accessory that you always wanted, but didn’t get. Suggestion 2: I was going to point out how I love that you often say “ with that being said”, (often), so why don’t you make it part of your out line “ with that being said, till we meet again, ciao! “ ( or something like that). This is completely off topic, but I’m interested in your meal prep clients and what you do for them. My parents are elderly, living a few 100 miles from me, but still independent. I can’t get to them as often as I would like. But I’ve started making meals for them to leave behind, but think of all the details you do for your clients, and include those things. Before I go back home, I give them a primer on what all they have and how to use it. Sometimes I even leave my kitchen equipment behind so they can get the same results I intended. My dad is the caregiver now, so I have to educate him. I have found this approach makes them feel special, as opposed to deficient. I love treating them like they have a personal chef. So thank you for your explanations because it helps in ways you probably didn’t imagine. ❤
