Thanks so much for the vote of confidence! 🙏 Alas, I and all the other UA-camrs are at the mercy of the almighty algorithm! Nonetheless, all that matters at this very moment is that you received some personal benefit from it! Thanks for watching and stay tuned for more content coming down the pipe!
My honest answer would be to not purchase the valve (or any other plumbing material) from a big box store, if possible. Rather, try to find a dedicated plumbing supplier in your local area by googling "plumbing supplier ". Most sell to the public, and should carry higher-quality items by default since the bulk of their business relies on real plumbers and contractors, who require material that is legally approved and least likely to fail to minimize callbacks. (not that you won't ever come across some duds even at plumbing suppliers - but you minimize your chances). Big box stores may have some decent and approved plumbing material, but unless you know what you're looking for, it's a crap shoot. If you are stuck buying at a big box store, then look through the valve's inlets in its fully open position, and if you don't see any reduction in size, then it's full port. Hope this helps!
Haha..certainly you may suggest Freddy, but you'd be wrong! 😛 If it ain't broken, don't try and fix it! Same goes for the nearly-century-old Ridgid power vice and the pipe wrenches under the same name. To a great degree, its the plumber that renders greatness in the work; less so the tools! An incompetent lawyer in a $5,000 Armani suit is nonethess incompetent! I'll make you see the light when you come back for Intermediate level, Freddy! Meanwhile, keep safe...and keep working on that smack-talk! 👍😁👍
Hahah your the best frank don’t miss me too much and hold down the Fort. Was a good video hoping to see more and future suggestion video maybe a snaking video but hopefully we meet again sooner than later bye pal
Good info. You should make a video on how to properly solder these copper pipes together.
Thank you! That's a fantastic idea and a soldering video is one which I wholeheartedly intend to do. Thanks again for watching! 🙏
This is a great video. It should have more views!

How do you select a quality Full port ball valve sold at the big box store ? Is pricing a good rule of thumb?
