Some customers may have a latex allergy. I would suggest switching to nitrile gloves and researching "latex allergy cross reactive foods". This will increase awareness for staff, decrease liability for the restaurant, prevent wasted product (as anything served would have to be discarded in the event of a latex allergy not to mention even the powder in the glove (which can go airborne) can also initiate an allergic reaction in some cases), and put customers at ease. If there were a case of an allergic reaction to staff wearing gloves, or the latex protein on what's being served, the restaurant would be liable for medical costs including ambulance transport, pain and suffering, potentially lost wages or even be liable in a wrongful death suit. - helpful advice from a chef & firefighter .
I appreciate the skills of a Japanese master chef above any others in the World. The care and devotion to cooking food is beyond reproach and comes with a life time knowledge and experience of perfection. If I could afford 10,000 a week to eat at Benjamn's in Tokyo I would be a happy man. Once was an experience of a lifetime.
More than anything, I appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Which makes the food that much more appealing.
The staff lunch looks great.
Absolutely amazing... now I want to fly to Tokyo just to eat at Benjamin's Steak House!
Make sure you have a lot of money!!
I'll just eat a Peter lugars
Wow, those steaks look amazing!!! Gotta go to Benjamin Steakhouse one day!!
Exceptional video, professional staff, always enjoy watching dedicated individual, thank you
they took no prisoners. everything looked amazing. they were not "farking" around in there. EXCELLENT!!! Food quality appeared off the charts!

I feel like I'm making this place un classy with me just watching a video of it lol, its so nice lol
very nice steakhouse food looks excellent its very clean as well
Fantastic Restaurant. Tokio I am coming. Thank you for sharing!
*Tokyo... correct spelling, is the 1st step. If you can't spell it you won't be able to find a flight. I'd also suggest looking up "dos and don'ts" for Japanese tourists" not just for etiquette and a good trip but their laws are strict and they're known for forcing confessions, they don't presume innocence.
This reminds me of a recent "Eater" episode... think it was called "The Hawksmoor" in NYC?
Man this place is the real deal; Salt-crusted aged steak on a two-burner setup... lobster, caviar, oysters, prawns... a legit classic stew... burgers.... mashed potatoes, fries, calamari, mac n' cheese, creamed spinach - all the classic sides... full suite of deserts... plenty to drink for the boozers.... and absolutely classy decor to boot. Hell even the staff lunch looked delicious.
Looks absolutely awesome!
It's Peter Luger in NYC
This was an amazing video presentation of Benjamin Steak House. Everything was so precise in coordination in the kitchen. The food were prepared with professionalism from morning to evening. The staff including the Chef were great and amazing team in the restaurant. Cleanliness a must at all times, we saw it at Benjamin Steak. We watched this video from start to finish, we L❤ved it. Guess how many times we watched it ...
We LOVE JAPAN. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸
Nice to see them feeding the staff
These are Steak cutting Samurai! Much respect!
Allah'ın yarattığı nimetleri çok güzel hazırlıyorsunuz ❤
Very impressive steakhouse. Loved the lobster scene. I have cooked and broken whole lobsters and it is far more difficult than it looks. The staff at Benjamin did a great job! Excellent video!
Absolut perfekt 👍👍👍
Omg. Mouth watering.
This is now on my list of places to go before I go.
I feel so glad watching your videos from just strolling around with your lovely wife saya & baby trying foods at vending machine until now.. So much progress. Ganbatte 💪❤
The dry age pellicle is not removed before cook?
All the dish looks great! I find it interesting they cook the steak with butter on top. In the USA, they out it separately.
Thanks!
Thanks for your super thanks!
I've been at Benjamin's in NYC few times. Great steak.
Really enjoyed your first class video! How much was the lobster per person?
The price of lobster fluctuates with the store's purchase price, from 20,000 yen
Very good tour video💯
The waiter is amazing
Ketchup on a stear!! Nononono!
Nothing beats dry aged steak. And yes, around 30 days is perfect
I love this stuff. Amazing video, but my stomach is growling now, making me hungry, and wanting steak! Will visit for sure next time I'm in Tokyo!😋
Hope you have a lot of money for that trip. I hear ordering a steak in Tokyo is really expensive. And this place is high end.
Benjamin's Steak House in Roppongi looks to be aimed at perfection. Excellence throughout.
The lobster is still alive after being cut up eeeeeuw!!
looks great.
I would normally never leave the US to eat American food, especially in Japan but i might make an exception lol.
Japan makes American food better than American's LoL. Have you seen Japan's Burgers?
@@zachfern3190 lol.....
Is it possible to buy Benjamin Steak Sauce in the UK or get it shipped to the UK. ❤
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍🏼🇺🇸
How much for one of their steaks, cooked medium, in U. S. dollars?
Having a clean grill is as if not more important then any part of cooking
Because there is no regulatory requirement for dry aged beef in Japan, it is truly up to the integrity of the restaurant to provide you the real stuff.
Yeah...no place outside of Japan ever takes shortcuts on stuff they sell.

Why do they remove the oyster liquor from the raw oysters?
I actually prefer the stuff lunch.
😁EVERYTHING IS SO CLEAN AND NEATI WOULD LOVE TO EAT AT BENJAMIN RESTURANT ANYTIME.😁
Sada hua meet khne se insaan bimar ho jata h 😅
isn't it better for the texture, flavor and juiciness of a steak to let it rest for a few minutes before slicing/serving it?
Similar style of cooking like Peter Luger, which is amazing for dry aged meat
Benjamin Steakhouse Tokyo, is 1 of 2 Japanese outposts of the New York based Benjamin Steakhouse brand (with 2 locations in NYC and 1 location in White Plains, NY). It was founded by a former chef and a former manager of Peter Luger, hence the similarities.
Japanese means quality. Simple as that.
ah this kind of reminds me bambino, the manga
Never seen so many pixels in only one video.
Not a big burger fan but damn that burger and the bun looked tooo good
Damn look at that steak.... yummy
The “special machine” he is using to cut the meat is called a saw.
It would so help to identify what you are cooking if you can put the names of the vegetables and meats and ingredients as subtitles. Everything looks delicious but other than steak, mashed potatoes and lobster, we can’t tell what it is.
Frozen steak?!! Wow
Steak sauce on a high end steak is very strange for me. It shouldn’t need it. But maybe it’s different in different countries.
Why is the caviar censored?
Ancient Japanese secret!
i wonder if theyve been to peter lugers 🤔

I thought it was interesting that they were using American beef. Meanwhile, over here in the US people are paying top dollar for Japanese Wagyu.
Oh, and the food looks delicious.
Is it safe to use American beef ?
👍🥩
So, who else saw the slicing machine and thought, "I wonder if someone has slow mo recorded that."

@Chef...please wear goggles when slicing the steaks. You never know when those blades may break off.
Needs some customers clearly.
what on earth was censored at 40.40
the caviar brand.
also they say you shouldnt season meat before cooking as it takes away from the flavour of the meat but instead season after its cooked so the full flavour of the meat comes through
Looks okay, would be better if they did it well done...
If they open in new york it'll be 500usd per steak with that kind of service
