Hey some people say it’s a little to strong or weird in the opening but dry down is killer , would having Naxos and Layton be kinda the same if not Which one would be a better buy . Thanks
Completely different only thing in common is lavender. Of the two my favorite is actually Naxos BUT. I'd say go for Layton if you're looking for more opportunities for wear. Naxos is quite elegant, the more upscale version of Pure Havanne while Layton is a lot less formal imo.
So I have been using Layton the past several weeks and I think it really shines most on the dry down once the menthol vibe (i get this on my skin for first 10+ mins) has dissipated. Huge projection and smells very high quality and clean. No compliments yet but we are all wearing masks here so bit hard for anyone to pick up scent right now just for my own enjoyment haha. So I tried layton 2 days in a row. Office full of women/nurses. 5 sprays. day 1 nobody noticed that I had cologne after 4 hours. The next day 7-10 sprays. neck, collar on my shirt and chest. I sprayed it on at 730am got into work around 830-9. multiple compliments. I was so excited I finally might have found the one daily. BUT by the time the 5 hour mark comes around 12-1230pm one of my nurses walks into my office and tells me my office smells like an old musk/aftershave her grand dad wears. Today I come across a youtuber named "scentscavanger" and hes the only one that talks about the pungent musk/wood smell after the dry down. ITS VERY STRANGE.
