- In this episode I return to the reef in search of bass, using live bait tactics fishing goby's and prawns beneath a sliding float. Great fun on light gear, bass landed in glorious settings. Enjoy and tight lines...Hook Line Trigger.
Nice video and fishing mark! Is that not getting covered at high tide?
Hello mate, it is a great mark but it does get completely covered on high, you can work your way back along it as the tide rises but you're pushed off quite quickly.
Great video. Get making more. Tight lines
Cheers 😎 there will be more soon, 4 & 5 year olds and self employed put the brakes on productivity a bit but plan to be out Filming over next week.
Nice video mate and what’s the size hook are you using???
Love that intro song 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟
Good upload, livebait 🐟 for bass for me is definitely the fastest way to catching doubles if there in the mark your fishing,Great way of fishing for them.look forward to your next uploads tightlines 😎🐟
Cheers Darren! It's a great method, very exciting watching that float go and sporting fight, really enjoyable fishing! Glad you enjoyed this episode, more to come soon. Cheers and tight lines!
@@hooklinetrigger4576 forsure great fight on the light gear I do the same myself.it’s fast fishing if your in the right area too.look forward to your next uploads tightlines 😎🐟
I was out on my boat luring yesterday...kept 2 released 8...bought a cast net because i want to try live baiting for bass when boat camping also its a great survival tool...managed to find one for a great price, genuine EZ Throw from US...havent tried it yet as in still sorting my boat camping system out.
I've just received a cast net, really looking forward to giving it a go, there's an estuary mark I fish that is teeming with small mullet, I plan to use the cast net to gather them for livebait. 👍
Really enjoyed the video. I normally just use lures for the Bass , but deffo going to try live baiting. Can I ask what make circle hooks you use , and in what size ?
Great video will give this technique a try
It's a great method, if the Bass are there it's extremely likely you'll hook up using this technique!
Even better that you can fish live bait at night...I didnt know that.
Livebaiting can be more productive in the night than the daytime, the bass are hunting and have no problem finding the bait.
Great video. Did you set your float depth to fish the goby/prawns just off the bottom? Also, I struggle not to strike with circles, do you lift not strike?
Cheers! I vary the depth from just off bottom to mid water to just below the surface, I find about a foot off bottom seems to be most productive. I wind down on the take and lift when I feel the fish on, a bouyant float helps to turn and catch the hook. 👍
Great video what float set up do you use
Just a basic sliding float that can be set at the required depth, I usually like the bait to be a foot off bottom.
it looks like you are on the south coast with the background the is?
Hi, yes it's the reef system outside of Brighton. 👍
Enjoyed the video, what make is the float
just a cheap float off Wish, there are various options on there, they do the job perfectly.
Amazing
Your content is very good! But your video SEO(search engine optimization) is very low that's why the video doesn't rank.
I want to show you the issues of your UA-cam channel, Are you interested?
What’s the name of the beach?
Thought it was illegal to use live bait for fishing in the uk?
Not at all, very common and probably the most effective method in salt and fresh water for predatory fish. 👍
You keep mentioning "a circle" what do you mean?
Circle hook
@@stevegleed5 ahhhh I seeee thanks
Can't recommend them highly enough, 99% of the time the hook self hooks in the scissors as the hook turns. 👍
Really sad. Catch your dinner by all means, but hook a small fish so a big fish will eat it, then hook the big one for fun! There are better ways of enjoying yourself.
If It doesn't sit well with you I find it extremely odd that you'd watch a video that says in the title "livebaiting" I frequently fish to provide fresh fish for myself and my family, we don't buy shop sold fish, you may not be aware but there are legal limits for what you can and can't take in the UK, I retained one fish of legal size for the table during this session. You'll probably feel much better avoiding fishing videos altogether in the future, or maybe you just enjoy being a negative ninny. 😂
Intro is horrific
Thanks! 😂 Lol ♥️
