Another good book to have on my library. When you've been manipulated by many narcissistic people in your life, it is very hard to leave the pain behind. You thought they loved you, but everything was a lie from them. Their manipulations, their fakeness, and you will need therapy to get better from it. I recommend a book by Dr. Ramani "It is not You." This book and the one from this video goes very well together. *DO NOT LEAVE THE ELEVATOR. UPLevel your life! Find Excellent and Outstanding People.😊

Watched you all through Covid man! Was such a rough time. I finally caught Covid a few months ago and now have post viral issues hahah I think it’s because of fear that built up over all these years. So many tests and nothing but man the symptoms are wild.

Many doctors don't know virus behavior but claims they understand it. I'm not a doctor but understood virus behavior. Feb 2020, I told my coworkers my opinion, they looked at me crazy when I told them to let the virus do its thing. Just like that, they forgot about something called the immune system.
Off subject here but….. I found you from searching VSG videos bc I’m contemplating the surgery. I REALLY need to talk to you Dr. V!!!! I’ve seen 2 different surgeons and I just can’t get the answers to my questions and concerns. I don’t know where to turn and my life depends on losing weight. How can I have a conversation with you?

I do not want to sound cynical but with my families track record I gave up on that a long time to focus on helping people get their rights fighting injustices and well overall just love in the spiritual sense from well the angels the saints and God I call out they are there I have a good support system but need to just as right now focus on the spiritual and what said and the above and time for self truth

So true, spent 11 years with my x who, thankfully, left me because I would have stayed. Found my current husband after 9 years of being single, finding Jehovah, etc. also true, though, that after not keeping up with my health, I realized he’s no longer “showing me off”, so to speak. Thought he had nerve cause he’s fat, too, but being a man, it’s more acceptable. Not getting in shape for him but I’m 61 and T2D so I need to do it for ME. 🤔💪🏽

In high school this guy I was with he had a lot of problems he would tell one of the girls in our class he was not dating the other one he was not married but he had quite a following. He wanted girls to fight over him if it was not for my mom and her strength I would not be here truth
