    This was very very intense🔥🔥 using a heavier weight and changing the weight each time thank you sooo much keep making more lower body kettlebell and dumbbells workouts AMAZING JOB !!❤️❤️❤️🔥🔥

    Enjoyed this one! It's my NOW favourite. I was sufficiently challenged so I skipped the bonus round. I'll be 70 later this year.

    OK. I just finished this work out. My butt and legs are seared!!! The bonus torched all the more. Your workouts are going to be awesome. I am excited to incorporate them into my program. Like the blooper reel is well. Music is great too.

    This was amazing!!! Was burned out by round two but kept on going with a lot of breaks. My legs and butt are now dead and I am scared of how I will feel tomorrow morning

    I'm right behind ya (I'll be 49 this year in August) you look awesome. Btw, I love kettlebell workouts...I have a love/hate relationship with 'em. It's the best workout I've came across & once I get into it, I can't wait till I'm done. I'm seeing results in such a quick time as to me being in the gym running on the treadmill. I have a 15lb kettlebell & I need to purchase a 20 or 25 lb. Thanks for the workout...I will include it in my lower body routine! 👍🏾

    Just found you looking for kettle bell and sandbag workouts. I like your presentation. You are no nonsense and motivating. I saw a workout in which you incorporated sandbag. Do you have other workouts using sandbag?

    Right - doing this tomorrow. So nice to train with a trainer who is also 49 SNAP! I have 8kg or 12kg - think i will go with the 8kg!! Marsha - would you consider doing some resistance bands too?

    Thanks for the video. However , all of the kettlebell videos never tell the viewer which weight to use. I had to research to find the best size for my fitness level. It would be helpful if the instructor gave that information as well.
