OK. I just finished this work out. My butt and legs are seared!!! The bonus torched all the more. Your workouts are going to be awesome. I am excited to incorporate them into my program. Like the blooper reel is well. Music is great too.

It's the best workout I've came across & once I get into it, I can't wait till I'm done. I'm seeing results in such a quick time as to me being in the gym running on the treadmill. I have a 15lb kettlebell & I need to purchase a 20 or 25 lb. Thanks for the workout...I will include it in my lower body routine! 👍🏾

Thanks for the video. However , all of the kettlebell videos never tell the viewer which weight to use. I had to research to find the best size for my fitness level. It would be helpful if the instructor gave that information as well.
