Nice review! I’ve been on the fence between buying a used 17 or 18 hatchback or going brand new so it was good to hear your perspective on this generation.
Really like your review style! Feels natural and relatable compared to many car reviewers. I owned a Gen4 Mazda3 and ended up selling it for a GR86, then sold that for a ND2 Miata. I wish I got the Gen3 Mazda3 as I probably would have kept that car due to it having a good balance between engaging driving and practicality
@@wujolie Would highly recommend plus you have the Pacific Coast Highway near SF, so you get to take advantage of a good windy road with a beautiful view. ND3 should be coming out soon too
great review! i’ve got a 17 sedan myself (also 2.5 but with the manual) and it’s been really fun. idk if it’s a canadian-spec thing but mine still has the CD player under the climate controls hahah.
Thanks for watching! Gen 3 for the driving experience, gen 4 for exterior and interior design! That new design is unmatched. It would be perfect if there’s a blend of gen 3 and 4
@Jolie Wu The Gen 4 lacks the independent rear suspension the prior gens had, so maybe that's a factor in why the gen 3 is more nimble to drive. Have a 2016 gen 3 and am looking to upgrade.

Great video! I just purchased a 2016 Mazda3 S Grand touring and I am in love with it! Such a fun little hatchback
Thank you! And yes, enjoy!!

Thanks so much! Wow you’ve gone thru quite many great cars. I need to get my hands on the Miata before it gets electrified of some sort by ~2026!

Thank you so much! Oh wow CD player! And this car is definitely really fun. The automatic was already such a joy to drive
Great video! It was cool to see you review a car in SF! Seems like a reliable car and I liked the info behind Mazdas philosophy
Thanks for watching again and the feedback :) stay tuned for more!

谢谢你!也谢谢你每次都看我的视频 😁
Sedan con caja manual y suspensión independiente, una delicia.
What would car do you prefer, gen 3 or gen 4?

@@jimbobby629 yeah I agree. I have a sedan too so its a little different. But the design is so nice… You should test drive it and lmk what you think.
Ur on the right?
I may have forgotten to flip my video. The driver’s seat is on the left, if that’s what you mean
soul-less without a manual transmission
