I hate to be this guy but I used to be a mechanic for Mazdas, durring their training they emphasized the fact that they are luxury cars, we all know that it’s very unlikely they will release a model that would accommodate their old Mazda speed fan base, plus It’s way better to modify the car yourself because there isn’t another car exactly like the one you build and it’s more special. But I agree they should bring out a performance trim but I know how unlikely it would be
Just did the bayson r front lip and it came with the same weather stripping. Tried to make it work but like you said, it'll probably only last a few weeks tops.

It does look good, but where would the air get diffused? I see fins but they're covered up on the bottom. Are rear diffuser fins supposed to be exposed so they can direct the air more evenly? Also, what would you recommend as an alternative sealer to the one you used (that tape that will last only a week). Could we buy something at Home Depot?
Depends what you're modifying and what warranty. Changing body panels isn't going to effect things like engine/transmission. Changing your intake could potentially impact engine related claims, if they're related to something like fuel/air mixture or debris and crap getting into the engine via the intake

That diffuser is clean
i know the Turbo models defiantly need a vented hood. The engine gets stupid hot.
Can I have more info on this issue? Owning a turbo and didn't really notice this issue, wanna make precaution be4 too late.

I’ve had the bays on r lip for like a couple of months and the weather stripping is fine

It won't diffuse, they do need to be exposed so they can actually interact with the air. This part is purely cosmetic
