I think you've recently (11 months) learned these ways to consume Curd cuz In one of your "Extreme Weight Loss diet", uploaded 2 years ago, video you seem pretty ok when mixing Cucumber with Curd. That's ok though. and your videos are an excellent source of nutrientional knowledge one can find on entire youtube. Great Job for your extensive research and Video editing. Brilliant. Thank you
Hi, if you're mentioning consuming curd/yoghurt with milk or cucumber 🥒for making smoothie etc isn't good. It would be really great if you could share any authentic research papers or web link for your claims. Thank you.
Hi Vivek, I realized today that most of the times I've been consuming curd the right way!!!! Just 2 mistakes I indulge are - consuming onion-cucumber raita & using curd during cooking for sour & creamy gravy. The rest of my habits associated with curd are on the money! But still thanks for this video which should serve as an eye-opener for many people who were getting it wrong.
I love all your videos bro and they inspire me a lot .. but my request is when you said something in previous videos which are conflicting with your current videos .. please remove those portions or videos to maintain clarity in your knowledge. Example : in you video of Indian diet you mention to take roti with cucumber raitha for lunch whereas in this video you have mentioned that cucumber and curd should never be mixed. This is just an example and simple advise. I understand it’s hard to keep a track but we not only see you as a fit tuber but as a Fact tuber!! Lots of respect ✊🏼
Many ancient traditional cuisines use curd to make gravy in our place. I agree with your most points except one. Curd can be cooked, only condition is that one should cook it until oil starts coming out of the gravy mixture. Now, after the advent of tomatoes 🍅(which were non existent earlier) , people are using tomatoes more in making curry but earlier curd was used in many places . Try it :)
Your digestion problem is because you have hurriedly used his videos benefit and changed your daily diet which your body wasn't ready Add it slowly when your body is ready to digest the food you use add all slowly don't overeat them Ok
Thanks for sharing. Very enlightening to know that curd should not be cooked further, we use it so much these days for making tandoori items and also in kadhi etc. But the great thing about curd is we can have it in both summers and winters due to its versatility.

One another reason to feel happy in Friday nights other than long weekend, fittuber video 😋
Thanks for this informative video. Just have a few questions. What about lassi? Can it be consumed with salty meals? What about drinking lassi in summer? Also there is a very common dish prepared by using sour (mostly) curd; besan-curd-pakoras curry? Should it be avoided too?
Make a video on " Piles "
Yes

Yes bro
non veg must be avoided , alcohol avoid , drink water and eat fibrous food ,1 cup warm milk added with 1 spoon ghee before night sleep , go for potty before 7 am it's compulsory.. drink warm water before potty...

adi bhure but is there any reason before 7 am i mean biological .??
Really best time to eat curd in "winters"
I think you've recently (11 months) learned these ways to consume Curd cuz In one of your "Extreme Weight Loss diet", uploaded 2 years ago, video you seem pretty ok when mixing Cucumber with Curd.
That's ok though. and your videos are an excellent source of nutrientional knowledge one can find on entire youtube. Great Job for your extensive research and Video editing. Brilliant. Thank you
Yes observed today me too
Hi, if you're mentioning consuming curd/yoghurt with milk or cucumber 🥒for making smoothie etc isn't good. It would be really great if you could share any authentic research papers or web link for your claims. Thank you.
Can i eat curd with honey in the morning just after waking up and do my exercise?

Exceptional. Very well done in content, style, and graphics. Thank you. I hope to watch more of your videos.
Enlightening discourse. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH.
pls do a video about thinning of hair and how to increase its volume.
You are a nice young man a son to many of us. I like your sincerity and enthusiasm in providing us simple practical advice. Keep it up son.
Curd shouldn’t be refrigerated? That’s been the practice for hot regions !
WOW, I'm only 5 minutes in and I've been doing everything wrong, lol
Many ancient traditional cuisines use curd to make gravy in our place. I agree with your most points except one. Curd can be cooked, only condition is that one should cook it until oil starts coming out of the gravy mixture. Now, after the advent of tomatoes 🍅(which were non existent earlier) , people are using tomatoes more in making curry but earlier curd was used in many places . Try it :)
I really enjoy your acting and facial expressions, when you explain the disadvantages of anything in the video....
I really wish, I had started watching fittuber earlier. Now I have digestion problems 😔
Same with me bro but I am following everything except eating curd with sugar before watching this video..
LPR?
I think u are doing wrong
That is your problem not fittuber
Your digestion problem is because you have hurriedly used his videos benefit and changed your daily diet which your body wasn't ready
Add it slowly when your body is ready to digest the food you use add all slowly don't overeat them
Ok
Your videos are really eye-opening!!!now I really feel like actually analysing and knowing what to feed my body with and when!!Thank you so much
Thanks for sharing. Very enlightening to know that curd should not be cooked further, we use it so much these days for making tandoori items and also in kadhi etc. But the great thing about curd is we can have it in both summers and winters due to its versatility.
0:59 bapree mehnat on the next level 🔥 🔥 🔥
In south buttermilk is preferred than curd rice. Also in villages, more buttermilk is consumed in summers.
Tamilnadu?
I didn't knew that I had such a superfood in my refrigerator, where it really shouldn't be.
Thank you Vivek for the enlightenment.
U are really very simple ane down to earth.....u must b a very sweet human being
Hello, all of your videos are very informative. Thank you. I have a question. There are some recipes like rava dosa/ rava idli where curd is been used for sourness. According to you is it good or bad? Waiting for your reply. Thank you once again.
Make video on Plant Based diet.

My family makes traditional dishes, where we always kept in mind the usage of Curd as said above. 👌👍Really appreciable Sir.
