Ive followed the following for 3 months now - no bath after meal - no water before after meal(most difficult) - fennel seeds after meal(not regular practice) Amazing improvement in digestion following these 3 only. Yes ...no water after 45 minutes of meal is too difficult becoz I feel instant burning sensation after meal hence I drink water after 20 minutes of meal

Great as standard. Almost all was same as my understanding. A few views/other info: a) lying on left side is best for digestion, yes, but only briefly, after meals. For sleep at night, right side is best. Traditional saying: Sleep on right side yogi. Sleep on left side bhogi. Sleep on back rogi. b) Important: don't do anything else while eating like look at computer or reading or TV. Just enjoy the food. c) Don't eat late at night, don't eat heavy at night, and avoid these at night: raw food at least in much quantity, cheese, yogurt, and citrus/nimbu/lime. d) don't eat standing up or moving d) Yes, large or moderate amount of water at meals dilutes agni/digestive fire and reduces digestive quality, but small amounts of water sipped throughout meal improves digestion because it helps moisten the food. e) Fit Tuber gave a great tip in another video - eat on floor not at a table, as per tradition. We went back to that and found 1. feels more natural, 2. more settled, 3. the food tastes better, 4. more intimate connection with one another/each other. Thank you again Fit Tuber very much.
Have been practising Vajrasana for the last 2 weeks after all 3 meals. It's MAGIC. No matter how heavy a meal you've had, it will vanish in 5-10 mins. The asana cuts off blood flow from the biggest muscles of your body (legs) and concentrates it on your stomach which fastens the digestion miraculously.
Summary - Digestion Habits 1. Don’t Bath after meal 2. Don’t Drink water after meal 3. Wrong food combination (Milk+fruit, tea + salty food, tea + food, cucumber raita, milk daliya, banana, mango shake, vegetable post sunset, eating too many dry fruits at once, fast food on regular basis ) 4. While saying AUM do it like this aaaaaaa-uuuuuu-mmmmm and feel the vibration in your stomach chest and head respectively this will help you a lot trust me✌️🙏☮️

There has been so much misleading when it comes to fitness industry and health care in general which personally has made me very skeptic over the years. This makes sense. The things which helped my digestive system.. 1. Eat properly only 2 or max 3 times of day, do not eat within short period as stomach is not ready for next batch of food as earlier is still is process. 2. Drink water slowly, keep water in mouth for 1-2 min before drinking as mouth adds enzyme in the water 3. Eat Fennel seeds or best thing water soaked in fennel seeds should be consumed throughout day slowly like "achman" 4. Dinner and night sleep should have minimum of 2 hours of gap. 5. Buttermilk in afternoon gives required probiotic 6. Eat karela sabji once a week mainly during dinner. 7. Non veg max 1 times of week, and when having non veg drink solkadhi ( kokum mixed coconut-milk) 8. Prefer A2 milk, avoid more than 2 cups of tea or coffee. No coffee after 11 am till next day. 9. In case of acidity do not take high end antacid liquid instead chew basic antacid pill followed by water keeping in mouth for 1-2 minutes. 10. Do not walk or run immediately after meal.
