How to Get Amazing Orchid Roots Using Sphagnum Moss | Difficult Repot - Before & After 1.5 Years

Hi all! In today’s video I’ll be repotting my LD’s Bear King ‘RH-3’ Orchid into sphagnum moss. I’ll also show you the original repot when I first got this orchid so you can see a difference in its growth after a year and a half using fluffy sphagnum moss. The roots on this one are incredible.

Growing Conditions & Climate:
Almost all orchids grown indoors
Eastern Exposures (4-5 hours direct early morning sun) & LED Grow Lights
- Most orchids grow under the lights
- Only cool growers & orchids in bloom grow under my Eastern facing windows
- Grow space doesn’t get any additional sunlight other than the LED’s
