    Great, i also have the albert ellis en tara brach books. They both teach acceptance but i understand what your saying. Tara has a more softer approach, combined with compassion and buddhist philosophy and albert uses a more rational aproach. Both good!

    Just want to say i love your content mate ive suffered with intrusive thoughts for many years ive tryed cbt and counselling but with no results unfortunately could you give me some advice and tips would be munch appreciated all the way from England

    I am ocd patient. I have ocd of rereading a sentence many times and I don't get clear concept but if I get the concept then my mind doubts that I have learned it wrongly.
    Can you please guide me .
