Wrist size is bone which is genetic! It's your forearm muscles that will build as you train your forearms. Make sure you're consistent and progressing with your training and the results will come overtime 👍
Make sure you're mindfully engaging your forearms on every rep! If you're not feeling those forearms squeeze hard each time, then you're not optimally activating them during the movement. Give it a go with all your focus on muscle engagement while simulating the exercise's motion and you should be feeling that burn 🔥

With normal dumbells these cannot be perform properly
You should be able to do these exercises with all types of dumbbells actually. There shouldn't be anything restricting your motion with dumbbells
