    Give this intense 5 minute dumbbell forearm workout a try! You get a full forearms workout and you can still do it right from home, all you need is a pair of dumbbells! Also, this works as a killer circuit to do at the gym. Great for building muscle, increasing muscular endurance and as a finisher! Anywhere you are, all you need is dumbbells to do this routine which makes it very attainable especially since they don't need to be that heavy. All experience levels can do this. It's 5 exercises, 1 minute long each. This is extremely effective that you'll be feeling it the next day. Follow along with the video if you'd like, a timer is run throughout on the screen!     this was going okay enough with the 15lb dumbells that i had at hand, absolutely destroying me. But when the rollers came up, my heart sank

      I must be doing something wrong with the rollers because I can barely do them,,, feel like the dumbbell will be dropping out no matter what weight I use

    I'm 57 years old. You guys have helped me get back to a place where I didn't think I could get again at my age.All of this with low weights . I think my max has been 180 on the becnh. And no more than 60 on the triceps. And dumbbells. Not finished yet I've got a long way to go. Thanks again. This particular workout is killing my forearms by the way lol

    Before, i only used handgrippers to work my forearms, cos i didn't really know any exercise to work my forearms except wrist curls lol. But after i found this video, i always make sure i work these exercises in my arm days haha thanks for the videos man.. Keep it up 👍

    I have had these for several weeks ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 and I have been really happy with them so far. I love being able to do a variety of workouts at home when I don't have time to make it to the gym. When paired with a basic bench, there are tons of different exercises and you can hit pretty much all major muscle groups. It is easy to adjust to your desired weight with the dials on each side. They slide in and out of the cradle smoothly. The only downside to this design vs the newer version, is that these are pretty wide. This does limit your range of motion with certain hand positions on certain exercises. Straight dumbbell press would be an example of this. I have to turn my hands slightly in order to bring them close enough together. Not a huge deal to me though. Really happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend.

    I was doing the whole workout with 10 pound dumbbells and then I got to the last one. I COULDN’T DO IT FOR 3 SECONDS WITH THE 10😂😂😂 was not expecting that man, keep up the good work!

    Just purchased the pdf file for the 5min Dumbbell exercise schedule last week and have been doing these videos ever since. Starting at 10pound dumbbells then hopefully working my way to up to 40pounds in the next few months which is my goal. Keep up the great work guys. Excited for these routines.
