Try it out for sure, I rotate this series with the normal “12 x 3 sets” to mix it up and this shit will leave your muscles sore all the same! I think it’s more enjoyable too. Have two different sets of weights near by because it’s a lot harder than it looks, maybe a set of 10 and a set of 5 pounds. Whatever works for you, keeps your arms near exhaustion the whole time

I would think this is for “muscle endurance” but I can’t see how you wouldn’t be gaining muscle if you’re gaining strength. A lot of weight lifting info online is bro science. Usually for strength training you go low reps, high weight. Whatever the case, I feel good and it leaves me sore like doing a standard 3 sets of 12 reps after a break

Would you recommend static stretching for swimmers? Since on some days they have morning practice so maybe just slow breathing to cool down but then static stretching after the second workout, they also have dry land. I'm thinking they should static stretch at a consistent time throughout every day like the night before they go to bed? Some static stretching is no static stretching correct? I would love to hear your thoughts regarding this!
I think stretching is important for everyone to do and only will provide benefits. Any form of exercise should be followed with static stretching to cool down your muscles and overall body. The only time to avoid static stretching is before you're going to exercise and during exercise, it's beneficial at all other times!
@@1XMuleX1 I have to respectfully disagree with creatine I used to take it and I’ve gotten no results and long term side effects are unknown. Especially not good for a growing 16 year old’s body. Just take your protein for growth and recovery.

Hello I’m starting a new chest workout at home with dumbbells (do not have a bench) and I’m thinking of putting in it normal press, reverse grip press, flys( on the ground) and incline press using some pillows to have and incline. But I don’t know how many sets of each I should do or if I should add or replace any exercises. Also I like doing reps till failure Oh shit I forgot about the app, I’ll just use that never mind 😅😂

I have a very small spare room that these and a bench fit perfectly into. Like others mentioned the size of these are a little bigger/longer than traditional weights so they aren’t the perfect solution for everyone. However, if you're looking for a flexible and space saving design for a home workout I’d recommend these.

This will hold endurance and give you good pump but won't hold mass
Do it with 20 pounds
3-4 rounds after each exercise or full one round of exercise we should go for 2nd round starting from 1st???
