There's no better feeling than lounging in your jammies all day with hot chocolate, a comfy sofa, and a good blanket when there is crazy winter weather outside, especially when you have a sweet, fluffy pup to cuddle ❤ Poor Grim, though, with his stress from being cooped up when it got too bad 🤗 I was overjoyed when I found out that Kara and Nate were going to Svalbard and visiting you, as I have suggested this collaboration to them before. Watching you and Christoffer and Grim together with them was happiness overload!!!
Cecelia, I cannot thank you enough for continuing to post your life on UA-cam! Your videos bring a sence of calm into my day. I have anxiety 24/7, but when I watch your videos, all I feel is happiness and relief. Thank you ❤
Your positive attitude is so inspiring! I love the way you love life! Thank you for reminding us that no matter our surroundings we get to chose how we feel!
that is absolutely true...mostly! ;-) I have Seasonal Affective Disorder and I get VERY low energy and mood when it gets darker in the Winter. I live in Northwestern NY State, across Lake Ontario from Toronto. I need some medication and a full spectrum "Happy Light" to get through the darkest part of the year! As do so many people I know. I wish I could just "chose" to be happy because if I could I certainly would! I tend to be a pretty darn optimistic person and feel very different when the temperatures warm and we get more light. Oh, that's another thing about where I live, even when the weather is warm, we have "heavy cloudy" days more than 50% of the year. That has an effect as well. But, today it's warmer than it has been and supposed to be in the 60's on Wednesday! (before the temps get colder again) but I'm excited and looking forward to that!
Your cabin looks so cosy and warm, even when there is a raging storm going on outside. I'm in the UK and have definitely noticed a positive change with sunrise/sunset over the last few weeks (obviously not as extreme as yours) At this time (15:50) a few weeks ago I would have been putting my lights on... now, it's still daylight.
Even Grim doesn’t want to out in that crazy storm! I was so happy to see you on Kara & Nate’s channel. I hope the exposure is very beneficial to you. I would love to be in your cabin while that snow storm is raging - Grim for snuggles, Chrisoffer for cooking and you to laugh with.

Holy blowy!!!! About 6 was ago here in far Northern Minnesota, USA...we had ourselves a huge snowstorm with 40mph sustained winds for almost 3 days. And poor Grim, like our Indy dog....fastest pee we've ever seen. We had fun watching you with Kara and Nate....2 of our favorite channels wrapped in one. !!!!

You know the weather is abysmal when even Grim doesn't want to be out in it. I wonder if a sound machine would help calm him. I have one I turn on when I sleep to help block out noisy neighbors and traffic noise. It has rain sounds and running creek, etc. but the best one for blocking out sounds is just the white noise. It's very calming. Maybe it would make Grim less scared of the wind.
How amazing is nature! Poor Grim! He so wanted to go outside, but I can understand why he didn’t want to deal with that crazy wind. Thank you for sharing another great video! Goodbye polar nights ❤.
That was intense and scary, appears the cabin held sturdy with the crazy winds, crazy watching Christoffer out there with the snow mobiles and interesting how you need to be cognizant of the wind direction to move the snow mobiles. I'm sure Grim was very glad when the storm ended! And wow, guess Kara and Nate just missed the storm! Their video was so fun with you all together!

Back in the late 70s and early 80s we use to have good snow storms and drifting winds but now all we get is rain and winds and cold snaps that's about it and maybe a light snow dust and I can say it's not just midwest it's almost every state that has that problem..

Why do the snowmobiles not have removable windshields. Praying for your Safety! Stay inside and cook, everything and eat lots of cookies. Helps with stress! Lol!💟
Cecilia, we both have experienced the highest winds we’ve seen…you at around 75 MPH and me down here in Southwest Florida…150 MPH in Hurricane Ian !!…stay warm…LOVE your channel…not the cold !!
Huge difference though, between Florida and Norway. I lived in Florida for eight years, and many in Norway. All structures there are built to withstand the powerful storms they get. Even the windows are amazing. I saw them literally bow in and out, not even a crack in any of them. During my several winter hurricanes, no prepping, boarding up etc. "Live and learn" can't apply to Florida, because they never do.
"It's very cozy!" She says before a fresh gust of snowy wind physically hurts her face :"D I admire your eternal positive attitude! You are an inspiration n helped me change my whole attitude about winter n bad weather; me and my dog Odin thank you :)
Cecilia, I ABSOLUTELY wanted to know about your nails. I stopped cleaning the kitchen and sat down to watch 😊. Great channel. Thanks for sharing your life with us.
I love love love the music you put to your videos. It seems you truly think about what would suit best and you deliver. You have an artist's ear, Cecelia!
Last week, we had a 2 very cold days, and the temperature varied from -30 to -45 degrees C! In Quebec (Canada)! I was freezing, I wore a big sweater, with fluffy socks and slippers, I stayed in the bedroom with the cats that kept the heat, and as soon as I left I could feel the difference in temperature from the room to the kitchen. As we are in a house we even put a electric heater to heat the kitchen and that helped a lot. It doesn't happen often, but winter in Canada can be harsh for just a few days. In any case, it was quite an experience, it hadn't been so cold in Quebec for a long time, especially with a feeling of -45 (celcius) !

"It's very cozy!" She says before a fresh gust of snowy wind physically hurts her face :"D
I admire your eternal positive attitude!
I have been curious about your nails from day one. You talk with your hands and they are always so pretty. ❤ I love your color choices. 😊
FINALLY!! I’ve been dying to know how your nails always look so gorgeous. You have naturally beautiful nail beds though, so that’s a blessing!
I just love your energy and positivity. Despite the freezing cold skin piercing wind 🥶 🥶🥶

Grim is just so damn cute in this video 😍 couldn't handle it 😄🐕
I wish I had found you sooner! I love you and Christoffer! And Grim. I come from Norwegian heritage and I am enjoying your POV!
This video will get me through the winter storm we're expecting next week....your positive perspective is contagious.
Where do you expect a winter storm?
@@phillipproussier3723 I live in Canada
@@nancyg323 Which region of Canada expects a snowstorm next week? I want to experience it, so if it´s close to my place, maybe I will travel there.
