I've been wanting to do this video for a long time! A video about my husband Johan and where he gets to answer some of your questions, so that you get a chance to get to know him a little bit better. I had some many more questions but the video became so long, so I will definitely do a part two some day.
This video is also like a vlog, where you get to follow us along this Saturday in March.

Forgive me. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed an hour prior to this with just numbing shots and no sedation. I was a bit out of it lol.
@@akiartistry Oh dear! Poor thing. All 4 with no sedation? I know insurance doesn't like to pay for sedation anymore. It's too bad because some things just call for it. Like ALL 4 wisdom teeth at once! I had 2 out at a time because they thought that was enough physical trauma for one day. AND I had sedation both times. That was the good old days in the '80s. Hope you feel better soon ! I advise lots of ice , take your pain medicine BEFORe the pain gets unbearable. and enjoy popcicles and cold things for awhile! ❣
@@dod2304 I actually made the choice for local only bc I’m afraid of sedation. It was quite the experience! I never felt more alive lol. But I’ve been very fortunate to have no pain or swelling and it’s been 12 hours! I delivered all three of our children naturally wo even an aspirin so I figured I could do this lol! Thank you for your well wishes and good advice. I am also blessed w a husband who is an amazing cook like Jonna so he’s keeping in healthy soup broth, mint tea and soft foods- even some brownies. Haha.

Of course I said yes, we are together for almost 10 years. And now I have this ring on my finger, that always reminds me of your magical world and work and of your magical souls. @@janetnagel1896 They go into it deeper in an older video, but in a nutshell: Johan was a once a reader of Jonna's blog. They were communicating in comments for a while, but they found out that they lived close enough to each other in north Sweden that they arranged a meet-up and took it from there! Jonna said she was surprised to meet him because she thought it was a wise old man on the other side of the screen. She baked him a cake on their first meet up, but they were both so nervous they didn't have a bite
Johan looks so healthy and strong and at peace. I was surprised at how at ease he was in front of the camera and how open he was because it must be a little uncomfortable. He did amazingly, I really enjoyed getting to know him a little better.

jonna you helped me out of depression so many times .. today morning i was waking up , not wanting to be awake , having no hope and belief in anything .
i remembered that just two days ago, when everything was fine for me, i watched this video and it always gives me so much hope, not just hope, its not even hope .. its the realness of love and peace
i carry such an endless sadness of things not having worked out the way i wanted , and i am so sad about constantly messing and having messed up things , making mistakes , having an emotional traumatising background , deep fear and feeling of lack , losing someone / something .. a huge hormonal difficulty on top , that catches me emotionally to a degree i do not recognise myself

I can't even imagine how many wonderful things are hidden away in computers, or in boxes or desk drawers, never seeing the light of day, because of perfectionism. Writing a book that will be a movie someday is such a wonderful dream! The book The War of Art by Stephen Pressfield is very short and SO helpful for any creative person who wants to, as you say, get sh*t done. It helped me finish a whole movie screenplay, make a bunch of videos, write music…any creative endeavor needs guidelines and ways to fight the feeling of imposter syndrome or lack of inspiration. I highly recommend this book. I wish you the best of luck finishing your idea Johan!

I 'adopted' them some years ago, wear some of their jewelery on a daily basis, hung one of Jonnas artwork in my home, save the videos for the tranquility of the nights to savour the calm, the soothing, the beauty. When I watch your videos I reflect on my grandmother who I miss dearly. Her family came to America from Sweden when she was just a child. Your videos give me a sense of warmth and familiarity. I hope one day to visit Sweden to learn more about my heritage and culture. My grandmother finally got to visit Sweden just before she passed, I am so glad she made that journey back home.

I mean this in the most respectful way, but I just love your husband! ❤😊 let me explain...my husband Michael died in an accident last year, and Johan reminds me sooo much of my sweet husband, that whenever I see him on your videos I get so emotional. They are very similar in personality, so calm, sweet, patient, and a bit on the shy side. Michael was also an Aquarius, and he also didn't like me taking photos or videos of him so I would have to sneak it, and now everyone is so grateful that I did, because we need to capture our moments and memories as much as possible. He was only 42 years old, we still had so much life to live. I'm so grateful to you and Johan for sharing your sweet spirits, you can't know how much it means. I love you both so much and always wish you the absolute best in life ❤ and of course sweet Nanook too!

Because that way we get to think of the beautiful moments and feel gratitude instead of sadness. So what's your favorite memory of your husband, of course only if you feel comfortable sharing. I’m old enough to be your mom but I adore your videos. You have a light and beautiful soul that touches my heart. The first video that I watched was when you heard the mountains humming. I yelled out with such happiness because I felt the same thing decades ago from the trees in the forest. I stopped telling people because they looked at me like I was crazy when I spoke about it.

Dear guys, your conversation was amazing! Jonna, your way to interview Johan is/was absolutely kind, pleasant and very creative. It was great to hear your questions and Johan's answers. And, Johan, regarding the illogical things that you mentioned, allow me to comment? these simple things, like holding a fork and dropping it, are actually "even" quite logical because we are precisely relaxed and calm when we are holding the fork, and so, it can happens to fall out of our hands. Complex things, as you said, demand our full attention, and that's why it's unlikely that we "let it fall." In other words, everything is fine, right? Don't judge yourself for simple things, because we need to be light especially in these aspects of life. Otherwise, we will always be stressed and without enjoying the simplicity and beauty of the “now”. That's my perception, of course. Ah, about your travel plans, it is very important guys: remember to invclude Brazil on your list of countries to visit. You will love it.
