It's a Honda clone. I myself ordered the mega Moto 212 bike and motor kit, ended up having to order a three magnet flywheel for a mb 200 so I could run the head light. Motor came with a single magnet flywheel just to run the coil for the spark plug. You would think after spending over $1200 dollars the head light would work. So I called go power sports and told them the problem, they said we can't get flywheels for that, OMB warehouse had exactly what I needed for the flywheel. Fit like a glove. I have the pro tuned 212 tillotson only turns 4800 rpm so I'm good with a cast three magnet flywheel.

Jus a question to anyone who bought this did your carb leak gas when you put some in?
im gonna get that one next how much i got the ducar for 170 2years ago its still purring good with gov still up in there i did stage one it next im gonna just buy the one u got take my ducar off and build it up
I got the same engine electric start and mine didn't come with one either. Also, the spring on the governor was zip tied😳 If the governor was really removed I don't know why they would zip tie the governor that's not even there🤷🏾♂️ check to see if yours is the same way, and please let me know!

That engine looks like it has a governor arm on it. Is the governor gear removed? For $500 you'd think it would at least be a stage 2 motor with the governor removed and all the goodies inside. It will be interesting to see if this engine is a stage 2 or not. I'll have to check out your other videos and hopefully you've been able to verify this motor.
Removed from go power sports but the left the mechanism on top it can be removed but it’s part of that throttle assambly wish they provided a flat top plate something more cleaner and not leave extra parts i made a video about this on my ig as well but the internally it has been removed
They have the linkage set up the way it needs to be done when the governor is removed from the inside but the stock carb and linkage is used. An extra spring is added to get the throttle back to the idle position. You could just see the spring at 3:37.
The spring is very important and guys have found out the hard way when they removed the governor and stayed with the stock carb and linkage. Once the bike is started and the choke is opened the bike takes off on its own at nearly full throttle. They don't realize what the governor does. They think it's just there to stop them from going fast. It's also responsible for moving the throttle on the carb to idle at startup.
What is the breaking process for this motor
Tillotson break in oil run engine for 45min 1hour no throttle just ideal
Flush and check that everything looks good and then add the Tillotson performance oil and your ready to go the break in oil helps lubricate everything properly i know some people add zinc oil additive so it can create a protective coat on the metal
oh dam 5hundo thats kinda steep def gonna get ya money worth each way u look at it
Super pricey brother not gonna lie but a whole 3.5-4 horses thiught i think pred is 6.5-7 and this baby says it’s rated dyno tested 11.5hp
