@@manzano5620 waiting for it to come in got delayed with covid 19 should have it soon my comment was based on you tube videos i have seen but its not plastic its aluminum with glass optic
Watching in 2020. I got one last weekend and qualified with it today. Shooting awesome, so smooth and almost zero barrel jump. I am a Glock guy but I love my P356XL.
I just got mine in coyote tan/fde color. With the 15 round extended mag, it's perfect. 12 rounder was little too short. Also the first gun that wife actually approved upon seeing it I still cannot believe how compact this gun is while carrying that many rounds
Hey great video. I have put 450 rds thru my xl and 0 malfunctions. The gun handles so well and shoots amazing. I feel more controllable then 365 which I own and love as well. Over all is reliability continues a big winner for me.
I just picked one up yesterday. The two 12 round magazines that came with the 365XL are so damn tight that I couldn't get 12 rounds in it. I hurt my fingers trying. Looking at blogs, this is common and supposedly they loosen up with some use. I hope so. I love the gun, I don't love the mags.
Good review overall man! I enjoyed it. The P365 XL grip is not the same length as the P365 with the pinkie extension. The XL grip is longer than that, and it is the exact same length as the P365 with the 12 round extended mag inserted. I have both and just conformed that myself. Also the G48 is the exact same footprint as the G19, just slimmer. Same height though.
The grip length, with the 12 round mag in the P365, is the same length as the XL. With the pinky extension, it is slightly shorter. Still waiting on the XL to hit our shores in sunny South Africa! The XL will also be available with a manual safety, as confirmed by Sig. But no dates available as yet unfortunetaly.
I'm sure you already know but if you don't you can go ahead and buy the grip module for the regular p365 and swap them out whenever you want to do appendix carry. Very convenient
I have had my 365 XL for two months. It replaced my M&P Shield as my primary carry. My only reason for switching was capacity. It has a little more recoil than my M&P 9c Holsters are a problem right now. I have a Allen Swipe #8 and a form fit leather paddle holster (no name or logo) that has no retention, so I'm going to take an old Allen holster and swap the strap and magnetic clasp. (I have a sewing machine that sews leather, and I have Barge Contact Cement)
Have both the 365 and 365xl, you said the grip length is the same with the 10 rd pinky extension and shorter than with the 12 rd extended magazine, this is incorrect! The 365 with the 12 rd extended mag is the same length as the 365xl with is flush fit 12 rd mag. With the pinky extension 10 rd it is shorter than the XL's grip.
PHILIP JUSTICE I compared a stock p365 with the pinky extension to the 365 at the shop that I bought it at and it was probably within a few centimeters of the pinky extension of measured at the tip of the extension.
I have them both. 4000 through the regular and 350 through the co had 2 failure to return to battery at first but I think the mags just need broken in they are very tight.
Good morning.liked & subscribed.hope it helps a tad.good video.I'm a revolver person.last simi auto I carried was a gen3 glock 33.ironically auto spell correct just tried to change glock to block. PS.if you think that is a Novel of a comment...ask me why I got more serious about EDC 6 years ago.my thumbs would fall off (using a tablet for now)if I had good sense I'd be buying a new laptop rather than the xl.computer can wait.hehehe.have a bad case of gun on the brain.one last thing, people can watch these videos until the cows come home but with something like a pistolaro you need to hold it and feel it .& If at all possible actuality shoot it to know if it's going to work for "you". Take care. BW,CarthageNC,USA.
Hey buddy you got a part number for them 15 round mags for the xl I got me some but they don’t fit they fit the reg 356 mag-365-9-15 I thought it would fit the xl but they don’t I can see tho the ones you have are fitting with the flared grip on the xl
Thank you. This is the comparison I wanted to see, Xl vs Walther Sc, I sold my Sc because double stacks are to fat for me to carry. Guess iam a single stack or stack and a half kind of guy.
The Glock 48 is a little too big for 4 o'clock IWB carry? I carry my Glock 43X and no problems. I guess everyone is different but maybe I am too fat? This video is not good for my self image!
I have a Glock 19 Gen 4 and I like it but I have other guns. A CZ P10F and a Beratta 92x I like better. Just don’t understand the fuss about Glocks either.
Glock was my favorite line of pistols for years. Reasonable prices with great magazines that are cheap. I have faith that a 19 or 22 will go to hell and back flawlessly. That said, they are to fat and heavy in double stacks and the single stacks haven’t been reliable for me. The shield and p365 lines are som much better. They are easy to carry and easy to shoot.
The Halosun 507K also fits it just a hair bigger then slide but functions with no issues !!!
Wow that's pretty awesome. How you shot it with it on ?

I have well over 1000 rounds through the gun now/ I have some recent videos on it if you’re interested
EDC Gear & Gun Reviews Sure! I’ll check them out. Thanks
EDC Gear & Gun Reviews do the mags ever get easier to load? Lol. Man the last one or two barely go In.

The slide on that gun blows my Glock 19 out of the water. Smooth as butter.
I agree.
I have the p320 X Carry and its slide is smooth as well, there is no comparison between my sig and my glock
Rustin Simpson awesome

Wow really awesome reviews!!! :D
Man I want one of these so bad. I unfortunately made the wrong choice and bought a Springfield Armory 911 9mm.
Just found out you can get a standard grip module for only $40…. Game changer
I would love a Walther CCP in 9mm with 12 round mag.
I love my ppq sc and my 43x with my flush fit 15 round mag

Blznstang same mag but it should have come with a different base plate to use on the 365xl
EDC Gear & Gun Reviews yes thank you so much they fit good I got it
So does the 15round mag with that baseplate on it always have that little gap all the way around. Cause mine was like that too.
Thank you. This is the comparison I wanted to see, Xl vs Walther Sc, I sold my Sc because double stacks are to fat for me to carry. Guess iam a single stack or stack and a half kind of guy.
Hard to find in El Paso. No store ever has them in stock.
Aaron cammon just bought one from Gun Central
Buds Gun Shop

gonzogonz915 check out my last video on this gun. I talk about the holster there
so size matters to this guy....lol... nice vid!
I've had the same thoughts as of late. Always carry a G43, but have switched to a G19. More capacity.
Multiple parts of a comment because of the broken laptop/tablet situation.my apologies.
I shot mine and it's bad azz
I wouldn't waste my money on something with a grip that small
He’s crying about the xl now at Mac
italianrelic he says he has no issues at all. The pic he posted on Instagram wasn’t his gun
Glocks suck! Enough said.
