      would also like to see that. Not really a PS tut. but a general one that we might use with other programs like Gimp.

    • @MapleWhale
      @MapleWhale 3 роки тому +2

      @@djC653 I think that would just be an art process video lol
      All you really need is the exported UV mapping so you have some border reference, then you go to down on designing the box.
      This would work for any art program. (Preferably one that has the option of layers so have an easier designing with the UV.)
      So free art programs like gimp, firealpaca, krita, medibang, even photoshop CS6, as long as it can import an image and then export it, it'd work out fine.

    For those who have a problem with unwrapping (it stretching weirdly, etc.), go to the object mode, klick ctrl + a and apply scale. That should fix it. ♥

    edge loops are a really messy way to keep subdivision modifier from rounding edges
    because they make the model really difficult and _annoying_ to change when added.
    you should use edge Creases instead (to fix the shape, and Mark Sharp to fix the Lighting).

    • @Marcelaylucin
      @Marcelaylucin  3 роки тому +1

      Yeah for sure! Load the uv layout image as a layer in procreate. After you’ve drawn your box remember to hide the layout layer so it doesn’t show up in your model. You’ll need to export your image as a psd or png/jpeg so you can add it on your blender material.
