    I have no idea how you are able to talk during the entire time. I loved it. I quit going to my Pilates studio last year and have my own reformer and the jump class was always my favorite class. I’m glad you did a video on the board.❤❤

    Dez I love all your videos, your queue, and how you make up such interesting exercises! Thanks for continuing to do this, even with a newborn ❤ but I especially wanted to say how your jump board exercises have really helped me with ankle mobility and with resolving a knee problem that was due to a weak VMO. I honestly never used my jump board very much before I discovered your channel and now I use it most of the time. Thank you 🎉

    Keep repeating "pulse" and "pump" "squeeze " "up and down" and counting down and show lots of soles, legs, legs up and down,laying on side legs stretched out legs crossed. Love your energy ⚡ ⚡

    Hi Dez, very much appreciate these new workout on the reformer. Is it normal that my feet hits the jumpboard very quick? I have so Les time to finish the movement?

      Maybe try adjusting your springs
