Reviewbrah’s sense of humor is seriously underrated sometimes. Hearing him describe the Call of Duty box like an ongoing action scene was amazing, the man’s a comedic genius
Having worked for Pizza Hut in the past, I know that most of these places use a conveyer belt style oven that cooks pizza at the same time and temperature every time. I think the only way you can undercook something like this is to place it on the conveyer at a position too far into the oven, shortening the cook time but that pizza is definitely raw. I would have returned it for a new one to see if the replacement was cooked the same way.
You’re right Little Ceasars has a big oven that can cook multiple pizzas in 5-6 minutes the only problem with that is people don’t want to wait that 5-6 minutes and want their food ASAP so this forces you to make and cook the food as fast as you can and that’s when stuff like this happens. Just go to Pizza Hut or Domino’s where they have to make you wait the 15-20 minutes.
could be the oven was not working as it should, or pending on the time of day they may have just turned it on and didnt wait till it was hot. either way its the employee's that dont give a dam
Hearing your review and seeing what the pizza looked like, I almost wonder if they were supposed to take it out, brush the garlic butter and parmesan onto it, and then put it back in for another minute or two to integrate the added ingredients without them burning.
I've worked at several chain pizza places. They all used a convection oven with a conveyor belt. When business peaked some busy, impatient people used to push the pizzas into the starting end opening and/or pull them out of the exit which results in not enough cooking time. It took like 5 minutes for a pizza to go through entiely, so just pulling it out early would take like 10% off the cooking time.
No, they would never do that as there are so many pizzas that come out that oven that it would be impossible to do. You just have to put butter on the crust and sprinkle parm.
The puffier crust is a result of it being overproofed. Was put in the pan at least an hour before it was baked. And, yes, part of why it's a softer crust though it really looks underbaked as well.
@@MilwaukeeF40C It'd been premade. Probably at some point during a rush, and sat on a rack, waiting to get used. Those that sat too long still tend to be used. I'm betting it'd sat for well over an hour or more. At room temperature. Which is okay for bread, but gives a less desirable outcome.

Well if it proofed at room temp it would actually cook faster. Odds are what happened was it was in the morning dough all was pressed out, stuffed, stacked, and put in the walk in refrigerator. Stretching the dough out to stuff it and then cooling it makes the dough that’s exposed to air will start to get hard. That’s fine before it’s pressed out and stretched to be stuffed but afterward the dough becomes stale and harder to cook. I can guarantee that the way it’s made is impossible to get that cooked right. Either the toppings will burn or the dough will be undercooked. It’s almost impossible to pull something out of the oven early at little Caesar’s. The ovens are on a track that get sent through on a timer. It goes in one end of the track and when it’s done it comes out the other end.
My Little Cearsar's is always hit or miss on crusts. Either done just right, too doughy or too crispy. So annoying when you have no idea how it will end up till you get it.

My brother used to work for LC. He said that if you get pizza that is undercooked it's either because the employees were not trained right or because they are rushing through their orders. Management as well as corporate have told their stores that instead of letting the pizzas roll completely through the oven to take them out as soon as they can be seen. But this also comes down to the manager. I had to stop going to the LC that was closet to my house because they're always packed and rushing their orders. They come out soggy, undercooked and always missing an ingredient or two. Not only that they mix up orders, misplace orders, lose orders. their manager doesn't know how to handle customers who are complaining. There can be a line of 8 customers and I'm the 3rd one. I place my order, they tell me it'll take 10 minutes. The rest of the customers go by. some get their order quick because they have those pizzas already made. But the 8th guy in line is also told it'll take 10 minutes. Guess who gets the order first. The 8th guy. What gives? Then they never call me up or anything so I have to go and ask. Then they have no clue what I'm talking about. Luckily I started to go to another one just down the highway where I live. While they are also busy the manager there knows what they doing. The pizzas are left in the oven the right amount of time. Everything comes out perfect there. they double check their orders.

So it turns out that I didn't change the date to today and it is actually scheduled to be delivered tomorrow at 11:30. lol I just noticed that on the track order @@SnoopyReads
Whenever I order pizza for delivery, I usually put it in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 8 minutes or so to give the pizza the fresh-out-of-the-oven experience. If the pizza is undercooked, then maybe keep it in the oven for 10 minutes.
i remember when i was little, seeing a round table pizza commercial that cut up on little caesars, at the end of their tv commercial, the round table pizza master asked one of employees, " where do they get those little round sausages anyway ?" and as he finished the question, a rabbit jumps across the screen - too funny - i still laugh when i think of it to this day -
The little incorrect "Easter Egg" type things he says in his videos are so genius. I only now realized he absolutely does it on purpose. Like when he calls something obvious the wrong thing, pretending he misspoke. For example: In this video he calls the obvious Halloween decorations "Christmas" decorations right after he mentioned the two holidays; And the video I watched before this, he was explaining how pickles are on thecRiv sandwich, then right after was pointing out the ingredients on the box and he called the pickles "cucumbers." It's so subtle and pointless, but brilliant as an attention-catcher. Everything about hos character is so perfectly fleshed-out, and nothing is by mistake. I love it, lol! So creative!
I absolutely love all of your videos. :D I watch them on the weekends when I'm laying around after cleaning and cutting firewood or cooking. This is absolutely awesome.
I love this new angle, if fast food is gonna suck then dont rate how good it is, rate how bad you think its gonna be and compare results to expectation.
its probably soft because its fresh. they do it that way so it can sit in the hot box for 10 minute's and still be fresh. i was an assistant manager at the local Caesars years ago. its also cheaper or used to be cheaper because they dont do delivery. dont forget an extra topping is or was $1.50, that adds up quick lol. also the whole time i worked there they didnt do the butter crust because the suace gets on the brush or something idk but they dont do it anymore i dont think. havent in a really long time. but they will sell you packets of parm and a side of butter stuff for money lol. we were also told not to hand out napkins to save money lol. only if they asked for them. i could tell stories.
EVERY pizza I get from the local LC is undercooked. I kept hoping it was just a fluke, but nope. And after seeing your review, I'm starting to suspect that's just how they do it now. Some bean-counter yelled "Eureka! If we cook every pizza three minutes less, we'll save $400 a year in energy costs!"
I know people get upset about getting fast food and it not being “crispy” enough or they ordered without tomatoes and they turn into a “Karen” about it rather than taking off the tomatoes themselves hahaha. I love all your videos very informative and I love the dry sense of humor I relate to it. However, to all the people out here that complain about a $5-$10 pizza not being crisp enough… just pop it in the oven on broil or your individual slice into the air fryer for a minute or two. Soggy Burger King onion rings? No problem, you can pop those into the air fryer as well. Fun fact: If you want to reheat a pizza and make it taste fresh again, dampen a paper towel and put it over the slice of pizza in the microwave for about a minute then put in the oven on broil to get a slight crisp and freshen it up. The wet paper towel keeps it from drying out. I rarely get fast food myself because I know most of the time I am expecting to be disappointed. I eat it and realize it would have tasted 10 times better if I cooked it myself. Just to all the people upset about these small things.. hope the tips help and hope you all had a fantastic Thanksgiving! 🦃 ❤
I am from Michigan and am ashamed of Little Caesars! I have ordered their pizza for ALOT of years, lately they have been lousy. I remember when they put it on a cardboard and slipped it in a bag A little awkward carrying 2 pizzas on a cardboard. Don't remember this crappy pizza. It used to be good. Last few times we ordered was bad. A sprinkling of cheese and undercooked. We are done. They need to vevamp their baking procedures! Good review!
The pizzas are not taken out of the ovens early. The ovens are a belt conveyor oven (Rotary Air Impingement Oven). Here’s an example: Lincoln Impinger 1180-FB3G Gas 56" Belt Conveyor Oven | 120,000 BTU The Lincoln Impinger 1180-FB3G Conveyor Oven will provide the service you need for the busiest of order days. Capable of cranking out thousands of pizzas in a few days, this triple stack model comes with a low stand for you to be able to move and clean behind it. This Lincoln Impinger 1180-FB3G Conveyor Oven is also known as: LIN-1180FB3G it’s timed and pizza comes out automatically. Hope this clears up anything about employee error.
That pizza does look undercooked for my taste. One trick you can do is put the slices you are going to eat on an iron skillet for a couple of minutes to make the crust crispy. Also, the best way to reheat your pizza is on the stovetop on an iron skillet to make it crispy.
My point: YOU SHOULD NOT HAVE TO. Everything these daysd is getting crappier - it's getting to a point where a guy can't get a pizza that's even properly cooked, and is expected to pay a princely sum for that, delivery charges, and tip. Reinforces my desire to just cook for myself.
I did this exact thing when I worked there in the 90's. We were allowed to make a free small pizza after our shift and this was something I did many times. I also used the buffalo wing sauce instead of pizza sauce. So if they start doing that now, I want some royalties..lol
worked at a taco bell when I was younger (2015 or so) and I slapped any combination of sauces, meats and shell/bread you could think of at the end of the night for almost two years. if they would only release a quesadilla with steak and that sauce that they put on their mini chicken quesadilla things, I think they'd have something golden. I dislike having to order it with substitutes as many TB employees are high as hell* and won't make it correctly, while I'm still left overcharged for something as simple as swapping a meat and sauces. *from experience.
9:06 thats definitely a dough that got drenched in sauce and then cooked in oven for few minutes. the oven is hot enough to cook the surface but the heat still has not reach the drenched part to make it puffed a bit from water vaporation
After going to our local Little Caesars in NC enough times, we learned to always tell them we wanted it cooked well done.. That helped a lot. Their pizzas were always doughy... Good review Sir
Do you consider maybe getting the meal a few times from a few different locations, or even just getting the same meal from the same place maybe 3 times before making a final judgment just to get a better sample size of the average quality? It's kind of crazy how different the quality can be from store to store and from employee to employee, even if they use the exact same ingredients
I would argue that your suggestion shouldn't be necessary. We're talking about a national chain. The expectation is that every item is prepared and cooked the same way every time. Therefore, if I ordered this pizza in Hoboken, NJ, on a Tuesday at 9 p.m., and you ordered it in Maui on a Saturday at noon, we should be eating the exact same product cooked the exact same way. Also keep in mind that a lot of first-time customers give a store one chance and one chance only.
We're living in impoverished times, Reviewbrah. I've stopped caring about the taste or quality of my food, but now base it on calorie count for sustenance. Thanks for informing us of the calories. 3100 calories for $11 is a pretty good deal.
Yeah, I stopped going to Little Caesars. The last 2 times I got pizza there, I had the same problem. Pretty much unbaked in the center. I like well done pizza, and this almost made me gag lol
i work as a delivery driver and little caesar's is probably the busiest restaurant in my area. it's just a tiny lobby with a small kitchen, as i imagine most of them are, that is constantly overcrowded at peak hours and always understaffed, with 1-3 people working there at any given time. i've heard that the employee turnover has been horrible lately, with people lasting two weeks before quitting. there is almost never anything "hot and ready," and orders regularly come out 10 minutes late. i imagine the pressure to get orders out results in undercooking and poor quality. i can't comment personally, i don't eat from there myself. but i can't imagine that good food comes from there, and this video helped confirm that. i almost feel bad for delivering it, like, i want to bring good food to people, not garbage.
A few years ago when I used to get LC like half the time it'd be undercooked, figured it was just the location. The only time I ever got food poisoning was from a ghetto Pizza Hut, hungry enough after Halloween where I probably wasnt paying attention to that. And yet, I probably could've fixed it myself cooking it a bit longer without spending almost a week on the shitter.

Yeah I love LC, I'm always hesitant to talk smack about them. I've also noticed...you may have noticed this too...that Reviewbrah has the WORST luck. If something can go wrong, it will. I go to Taco Bell all the time but everytime Reviewbrah goes to Taco Bell he gets royally SCREWED.
The box review had me dying 😂
That's how the little Caesars are near me, always undercooked because they take them out early.
I love stuffed crust pizza, so I just ordered one from Little Caesers. It will be delivered at 11:30 am. It's going to be a good day. lol
Tell us how it is
Update ?
Floppy and soggy i bet
Do a review, brah
So it turns out that I didn't change the date to today and it is actually scheduled to be delivered tomorrow at 11:30. lol I just noticed that on the track order

I love your style and the way you do your reviews. When you're preparing to take a bite of food, it's as if you're getting ready to paint a Picasso!
Just by the title alone... looks like a good video ahead! 🎉 I love the vampire of Christmas past 😂😂
Have you considered putting it in the (toaster) oven to finish it, and see how much better, it could be?
good idea! i heat up a cast iron skillet to "crisp" up pizza.
Yeah but at that point just make your own frozen pizza lol
Whenever I order pizza for delivery, I usually put it in a preheated 375-degree oven for about 8 minutes or so to give the pizza the fresh-out-of-the-oven experience. If the pizza is undercooked, then maybe keep it in the oven for 10 minutes.

Getting a Little Ceasars ad on this video is incredible 😂
This man just grilled the hell out of them and put them back in the oven 😅
@@goodnightmunchieJoe knows a lot about "cheese pizza."
@@definitelynotanAIchatbothe invented it while curing polio.
Theyre so used to making hot and ready pizzas that anytime they have to actually bake a fresh pizza they dont know how.
Got to love a food reviewer who actually gives honest reaction and dosent always just say things are fantastic
It never ceases to amaze me how elegant he is while reviewing pizza.
*he* 🤣
Worth it just for the story on the box
i remember when i was little, seeing a round table pizza commercial that cut up on little caesars, at the end of their tv commercial, the round table pizza master asked one of employees, " where do they get those little round sausages anyway ?" and as he finished the question, a rabbit jumps across the screen - too funny - i still laugh when i think of it to this day -
He just knows it’s going to fucking suck and he’s pre pissed about it. Idk why but this is peak comedy.
ReviewBrah, I’m with you on the decor.
Halloween lasts AT LEAST until the following Halloween. These other holidays can’t compete.
The little incorrect "Easter Egg" type things he says in his videos are so genius. I only now realized he absolutely does it on purpose.
Like when he calls something obvious the wrong thing, pretending he misspoke.
For example: In this video he calls the obvious Halloween decorations "Christmas" decorations right after he mentioned the two holidays; And the video I watched before this, he was explaining how pickles are on thecRiv sandwich, then right after was pointing out the ingredients on the box and he called the pickles "cucumbers."
It's so subtle and pointless, but brilliant as an attention-catcher.
Everything about hos character is so perfectly fleshed-out, and nothing is by mistake. I love it, lol! So creative!
I love a 'doughier' pizza. From the buttery glaze to the crust, and the actual pizza itself, this was great.
I absolutely love all of your videos. :D I watch them on the weekends when I'm laying around after cleaning and cutting firewood or cooking. This is absolutely awesome.
i would have thrown this pizza on my pizza pan and into the oven for a few, but good review, you are very intelligent, i appreciate that :)
I love this new angle, if fast food is gonna suck then dont rate how good it is, rate how bad you think its gonna be and compare results to expectation.
The price is faaar more than decent. For the price it's incredible. If you're poor Little Caesars is 10/10.
Our family loves watching you! It's hard to find anything clean to watch nowadays. Thanks!! 😊
4:00 ReviewBrah is so generous giving all of us the call of duty QR Code
reviewbrah out for blood with this title, my love for him grows by the minute
I’m convinced you are from another world..
I love it when Reviewbrah goes into full on sarcasm mode.😁
"When I held it up the thing was just floppin around" LMAO😂
I irony of Review Brah ending his video prematurely, same as this pizza being pulled out of the oven prematurely, is not lost on me.
I think Little Caesar caught up with him
its probably soft because its fresh. they do it that way so it can sit in the hot box for 10 minute's and still be fresh. i was an assistant manager at the local Caesars years ago. its also cheaper or used to be cheaper because they dont do delivery. dont forget an extra topping is or was $1.50, that adds up quick lol. also the whole time i worked there they didnt do the butter crust because the suace gets on the brush or something idk but they dont do it anymore i dont think. havent in a really long time. but they will sell you packets of parm and a side of butter stuff for money lol. we were also told not to hand out napkins to save money lol. only if they asked for them. i could tell stories.
I would report that.
I don't think it's every LC. It's probably just the one slacking. Still easily avoidable since even a properly cooked and buttered LC is only okay
I remember when they put it on a cardboard and slipped it in a bag
A little awkward carrying 2 pizzas on a cardboard.
Here’s an example: Lincoln Impinger 1180-FB3G Gas 56" Belt Conveyor Oven | 120,000 BTU
The Lincoln Impinger 1180-FB3G Conveyor Oven will provide the service you need for the busiest of order days.
Reviewbrah calls out the structural integrity of the pizza
Don't let this discourage you from trying it out at your location, I got it today and it was actually quite delicious.
@@calanon534 💯
If you have to bake it yourself might as well save some money by getting a frozen pizza at the grocery store.
crispy
It wouldn't matter how long you cook this pizza it was underproofed the dough had not developed.
My man going tf off with the title game
Why does this remind me of a fly eating a fly?
9:06 thats definitely a dough that got drenched in sauce and then cooked in oven for few minutes. the oven is hot enough to cook the surface but the heat still has not reach the drenched part to make it puffed a bit from water vaporation
I was hoping you would do a review of little Ceasars. I love their lower price and honestly their pizzas overall!
Oh no what happened at the end? I hope he wasn't kidnapped by an angry Lil' Caesars executive 😲
I’ve noticed that the quality of Little Caesars products can vary greatly depending on the time I order or the individual store I order it from.
He has ascended. No holding back anymore. No fucks given. The hero we need.
We're living in impoverished times, Reviewbrah. I've stopped caring about the taste or quality of my food, but now base it on calorie count for sustenance. Thanks for informing us of the calories. 3100 calories for $11 is a pretty good deal.
Indeed very good. No way you can get that at burger joint fast food places.
Legit I've been buying frozen store-brand pierogis because they deliver more calories for cheaper than a lot of freezer alternatives.
what's the point of wasting 11 on a pizza if all you care about is calories? you can just drink half a liter of your favourite seed oil everyday
If you learned how to cook a few basic meals you can do way better and it’s healthier for you. Plenty of channels out there that can show you how.
@@cgarcia4487bro he’s talking about buying fast food not home cooked food, two different situations my guy
His little smile at the end so adorable.
Your Halloween decor is much appreciated. It is the epitome of style.
I love your halloween decorations. Hope you're doing well in this complicated life big man.
Probably pretty delicious
If inebriated, sure.
_"it's going to be a nasty time, but Little Caesar just doesn't care.."_ 😂
I'm so tired of turkey and the turkey's in my family that were here, even undercooked, that pizza looks absolutely delicious!! 😳😵💫
Me and my brothers always complain about how undercooked their stuffed crust pizzas are. I didn't realize this was a universal experience
Great review. I especially like the Christmas decorations.
