There is a tbird mod for dcs. It will give you all the jet numbers and a detailed tbird hanger/ramp area at nellis.
He ended up not doing the show stopping ending
I've spent many a day working A10 maintenance at nellis. The airfield accuracy here is remarkable!! Even the maintenance roads are correct!!..great content!!
This was rad! Awesome to see the demo from that cockpit.
Could be different for the flight manual/emergency procedures, but from understanding the start system/sequence, you may have needed to pull throttles back over the hump to "off", and/or hit the finger lifts to engage the JFS. You had the geeen ready light on, so the JFS was on/idle.
I'd bet you weren't as tired after this one as a real one.

@@Tamburello_1994 Agree to disagree. IMO its a snooze fest of a circuit. I'm happy to see another one here in the US, BUT i'd rather a different venue be used rather than what is basically an advertisers spectacle that detracts from what F1 really is about.

I like that you didn't make this perfect and showed the struggle. Not sure why the engine didn't restart. I know the key bindings can be weird about moving the throttle in and out of idle.

Anyone know the procedure to restart if you flame out? I wonder how many times if any real 15s have been lost due to such a flame out. Thats a hell of a glitch and im suprisef they couldnt fix it

DCS pilots are absolutely awful! they pass out with like 5.5 G (is atrocious), maybe you can teach them a thing or two about pulling Gs 🤣
DCS could easily implement G lock if they wanted

I know its a sim.. but where is your finesse? No respect for show line orientation or distance, WAY to little fuel. No precise control over the jet. No show center. And before anyone feels like coming at me. simply because its just a video game for real fighter pilots. Theres no feel which is really important and a lot of things are simplified or not simulated in DCS

@@ryliebrown5925they’re all fighter pilots who are combat capable, pretty sure he talked about dogfighting in the f16 when he transitioned for the thunderbirds.
