He positions it such that the rebuttal from his counterpart(s) further strengthen his point the further they dive into theirs, and he knows it. When max did have a hot take or something created “shock value” it was 9/10 strictly analytics based without complete or proper context. Love him or hate him, max has said some of the most outlandish things in sports talk history. “TOM Brady and the cliff (4 years early at that), Kawhi being more clutch than Kobe, LeBron was put here to be the greatest PG that ever lived (current is the all time leader in turnovers).
