This channel is underated
Good video simple and short and excellent quality
Beautiful ❤️
So delicious
Simple n easy😘😘😘
Hi. Thanks for sharing the video.
Can we add oats directly like that without soaking it?
☺️☺️☺️
What acuall amounts do a have to use?
Skip the honey and excessive peanut butter and youll have some healthy smoothies. Banana, oats and milk is sweet enough as it is
i get skipping honey, but whats wrong with peanut butter? real peanut butter is only mildly sweet and so filling
@@asadb1990 it's very calorie dense so you have to be careful with that
@@asadb1990 um peanut butter is not filling at all I think most people could eat a whole jar easily in 5 minutes but we choose not to for our health
@@whosjiinzonot the peanuts-only peanut. the regular peanut butter i could understand
I can't find the exact ingredients on the site. Can anyone pls help me?

Hey there! I just wanted to ask the exact measurements of the ingredients used? Like how much milk and vanilla extract?
Was wondering the same!. Check the videos description for links.
@Potato Exercisehey! I kinda just estimated the ingredients LOL. I added 1 cup of milk to mine. I ended up not puting vanilla extract because cant find one in the store
@@CrunchyRhombus oh yeah! That didnt came to my mind oops. But I just ended up estimating every ingredient according to my taste LOL
Nora Siy wing it.
The video description contains links to articles that contains the ingredients and measurements.
I drink the oat
Which oats hv bn used?
I use Quaker Gluten Free Oats or Bob's Red Mill Gluten Free Oats but use your favorite or purity protocol oats if you have celiac disease
Can anyone tell me what the consistency is like? I can’t digest any ruffage. If it’s not pure liquid it won’t do.
If you have a high-powered blender, these will be thick but smooth. You can also process your oats to a fine powder first before you add any other ingredients and that will really help with having a smooth consistency. If you need a thinner smoothie, you can add more liquid as needed.
@@whattheforkfoodblog Great! I have a vitamix blender which should do the trick. Thanks so much!
Are u able leave these in fridge over night?
I wouldn't. They'll get suuuuuper thick and have a consistency more like a smoothie bowl.
Very nice ots smoothie 🥣
Thank you 😋
Thanks for the ideas. Please turn down your music and slow down the video.
Which oats are u using? Should we rost the oats or we use dem direct?
from what i’ve seen on other channels you either get instant oats or get regular ones and lightly roast them before
@@arionas26 is it alright if I use regular oats and not roast it? Would it still taste good?
For peanut butter banana smoothie I don’t have vanilla extract so I will replace it with cinnamon powder. 😅
bet that tasted amazing!
@@whattheforkfoodblog I don’t have honey
How much of each ingredient do I use because it's not listed
depends on how many glasses you’re making, i find 1 banana is enough for 2 cups🤷🏽♀️ Honey depends on how sweet you like it, peanut butter depends on how much you like its taste
@@fliktony91 thank you

Then there's me who wants these so bad but my mother says there bad cos u don't get to chew it
tulip gogo 😅😂
tulip gogo what sense does that make 😂
Make sure you chew your water before you swallow
Fruits are to be eaten and vegetables are to drink. Nutritional studies. Your mom is right... but they taste so good!
@@taajah LMAO 😂
This music is perhaps the most disturbing song I’ve ever heard
Blend the oatmeal first!
Yes!! I just read that on her actual page with the receipe!!!

What's the deal of adding honey in everything? damn
hmm perhaps it is a personal preference because she enjoys the taste?
It's instead of sugar
@@thomasjust2663 dude, are you high?
@@kristikramer4111 honey is sugar. Stevia is better
@@reecemesser yeah plus stevia dissolves better on smoothies
Great minus the honey.
What exactly is wrong with honey?
@@mydecember4822 nothing is wrong with honey! It's a personal preference. If people don't like it, they can leave it out.
@@whattheforkfoodblog yeah, Its just that ive seen some comments under these kind of videos criticizing the use of honey, so i was wondering why
@@whattheforkfoodblog People may have to leave out the honey (and bananas) due to health reasons. Not necessarily a personal preference, lol!
