Excellent 👍 presentation. I always soak my oats overnight then in the morning i rinse them well ...these 2 steps open the enzyme inhibitors and rinsing removes all the gooy slime. Making not mucus forming oats are now ready to create all ur layering ... Gourmet Cave Woman

    my go-to:
    1 dl oats
    3 tbsp chia seeds
1 dl milk of choice, I either use almond milk unsweetened or cashew milk
1 dl greek yoghurt or vanilla quark
a pinch of salt, some cinnamon, vanilla and stevia

I'm under the schooling that placing the fermentation into the refrigerator, over night, greatly reduces the reasoning behind fermenting to break down the phytic acid for optimal nutrient absorption. correct me if I am wrong. If you are worried about the fruit not staying firm and the nuts softening then add them before you leave the next morning. just a thought? good recipes and informative video. trial and error are the 2 BEST educators.
