Do you think off shore 190 as an Enrolled Nurse will get me through? I’ve already passed ANMAC skills assessment 3 months ago (June 2023) and AHPRA licensed, registered and certified (renewed for 2024) as I was living in NSW for 3 years between 2016-19. Then the pandemic hit and I couldn’t get back to NSW from the UK 🇬🇧. Planning to come back with 70 points and if nominated it’ll go up to 75. Is this possible for me? Would love to know your answer please. Thank you.
Great video, thanks! About residency criteria, what happens if I apply onshore, after 6 months living in NSW, but some months later my current visa expires and I need to go offshore, and lets say 1 month later I receive the invitation from NSW for 190. Will I still be able to apply succesfully for the visa? In other words, 6 months are necessary for the EOI and then is it mandatory to continue in NSW until the invitation?
I applied for EOI while offshore, and now I have come onshore. I have updated my EOI as onshore. should I continue or withdraw my EOI since i have not been here for six months? secondly, I have 2 different EOI for 491 and 190 do I have to withdraw one or i can continue with both?
Hi Muhammad, this is probably best discussed with a migration agent. I would recommend you potentially book in for a consultation with one of our experienced agents.
Hi,you are explaining very analyticallly and providing such realistic information about Australia immigration regulations

Hi, it is possible, although I think it would be much more likely from onshore if you are living and working in the state

You won't get invited as if you are in Aus, NSW will invite applicants in NSW.
