Hi Bartlomiej, thanks for your comment. Yes, Nasia is talking about the effects of nicotine on your body. You'll see the links for the research articles about the topic below the video. :)
I've literally spent hours looking for a video on the effects of nicotine alone.. I'm about to celebrate my 1st year without cigarettes, after smoking for 22 years. I have been using tobacco free nicotine products this whole year and have wondered if that's why I still have high blood pressure. Thank you! Day one of zero nicotine starts now
9 days ago, I had a moment of absolute anger and frustration. I said to myself, "That's it. I am so sick of smoking, I HATE that I am addicted. I'm going to get a plan in place, and quit for good this time." I immediately cut back from more than a pack a day to 10-12, and began to mentally prepare myself for a full quit. I'm not there yet, but these videos are echoing all of my thoughts and self-examinations. Last night, I had a bad dream (like I normally do), but I became aware I was dreaming. I asked the dream character, "What do you want?" And he replied, "I'm stressing you out so you'll wake up and have a cigarette!" I said, "But you are a part of my own mind. Why do you want to destroy my efforts?" He responded, "Because I am your addiction, and you are trying to kill me." I said, "No. You are the part of me that IS addicted, and I am trying to HEAL you. Stop sabotaging me and get on board." My cravings have been much less intense today, the time between cigarettes is longer. Some deep mental blocks are breaking down. Thank you for these videos. I think I will actually succeed this time.

Im non smoker. but I curved my appetite and lost belly fat by stacking 100mg caffeine, 1mg nicotine mint. then i noticed my teeth became weak and broke easily. I had to stop the regimen after 2mos.
The body gets what the body wants. We know it’s all bad for you but we still do it to are self. I have been smoking from the age of 11 and I am 45 . I quit smoking 2 months ago for 3 months. I found nicotine lozenges helped me stop smoking. Best of luck to anyone trying to stop smoking.
It seems like everyone is ignoring the elephant in the room. Nicotine is highly addictive. Nicotine has become the new cocaine (because of the similar effects on the brain's dopamine system). Two decades from now, we will see someone who vapes as just another addict.
Thank you so much for all these information, I started wape instead of smoking, but now I start feeling in my body that something is not as i should be, heart burn, now I am sure its the nicotine from the waping. so now today I stop that and deal with the necotine addiction
I started smoking at the age of 15. I'm 37 today. I don't have any health issues yet. I'm fit/ muscular and I work out. I switched from cigarettes to vaping about a year ago. The difference is unreal. Cigarette smoking did make me loose a few teeth, but other than that I'm strong and healthy. If you have been a smoker for many years I suggest you switch to vaping since ceasing smoking ain't going to work especially if you started at my age. I tried quitting, it just doesn't last... you relapse shortly after, but vaping helps me stay away from cigarettes. I honestly don't care if I die from vaping in the future. I don't have kids and don't ever want any. I'm happy with my life and I don't want to reach old age. I think reaching old age such as 80 is repulsive. What is the point of it? I don't want to be a living zombie. I say this because I'm around old people a lot and I see how tragic their existence is. I'd rather live a shorter life. Unfortunately my grandma who was a heavy smoker since she was in her teens reached 92. If not doctor's she would have lived even longer, but she hated her life and wanted to die. All of her friends were already dead, she was the last to go. So my advice is... maybe think well whether you really want to prolong your life.
God damn. I didn't think it had effects that extensive. I've quit smoking, but I went to Zyn(pure nicotine), I will have to slowly take myself off this now too.
These pouches are the mother all of nicotine addiction, the slide effects is exactly the same as smoking minus the tobacco, used velo for few years, today I'm drawing the line, wish me luck
1:23 Woow this is science saying what I was thinking in disappointment and ager the other day "am I just living just so the time to smoke comes??" I kinda felt for a moment that that s a main goal subconsciously in my everyday life. This is insane. We take out of ourselves so much.
I'm no doctor but the fact that my heart rate jump over the roof after nicotine, it sais all, I'm athlete and my HR goes up to 90 at rest, that is so so dangerous, the heart is working extremely hard at rest
I tried after long time to quit. I smoked again but it was worth it even if I relapsed. I saw it its a lier. But what made me amazed is how I was starting to feel. It's not an exaggeration to say I was starting to feel like I was being renewed even with the withdrawal symptoms being kicked in. I can t believe this thing affects Mostly t our psycology and mood and mental state so much. People talk about the body health issues like blood pressure most of the time when this thing has so much negative impact to our psychological health. It's like a whole new way of life is waiting for me I can t wait for it. I can't believe this thing does this to us. It s so sneaky.
I took snus for the first time(ace superwhite) and at the start i felt like i got drugged, and a couple of minutes later i threw up a lot. After five months i bought a pack of it, and now i still feel like im drugged but i dont throw up anymore, but i feel terrible because i know that im getting addicted but i can’t stop
You're confusing cigarettes and vaping with pure nicotine (patches) just like they do with THC and CBD. So what about the 4,000 chemicals in cigarettes?
ok so here is the thing. since its lockdown and im with my family, the only time i can smoke is at night, i have tried my best not to smoke. whenver i feel like i should not smoke today, at exactly 5pm in the evening my body automatically craves about it soo damn much and it makes me helpless to buy another pack of cigg. its been 7month since in in this addiction, and i have asthma aswell, so can u pls reply me here. worried but cant help myself to quit this habit :(
Just remember in your head that the withdrawal is only temporary, and it’s a sign your getting past it. A good method is you can take a nap, or go for a walk when you get a strong craving. You really have to want to quit for good though and realize that it is slowly killing you and reducing your lifespan.
Quit caffeine first. Caffeine aids in addiction. Caffeine gets you stressed out, nicotine calms you down. Also, around 5pm take some melatonin and take a nap. If you can go 3 days without nicotine, the nicotine will be out of your system, the rest is just habit. Maybe switch your nicotine gum flavor out with another similar non-nicotine flavor gum. If you quit caffeine, first day you will be very tired. My first day without caffeine, I slept 15 hours. Use the sleep time to avoid the nicotine. I’m planning on quiting tomorrow, after 6/7 years. The last 5 years I have been using it every single day. It’s going to be hard but my health is more important
I use Lozenges 2mg. Nicotine sounds a lot like what caffeine does. I'm glad I quit caffeine first. Caffeine also aids nicotine addiction. Quitting caffeine first almost cuts nicotine usage in half.
Right? They go hand in hand for me. Both or nothing. Viscous cycle. I guess it’s better to be on that cycle than cocaine/alcohol lol but it’s still a pain in the ass when I’m back on it. I notice when I quit for a while things start going well for me or I get bored and I think I can handle it and it’s on the cycle all over again. Horrible and frustrating existence while trying to just live my life.

i find that your video is focused on the impact of smoking on the body rather than nicotine. Nicotine as a chemical is natural and produced in the nightshade family of plants. It is used recreationally and pharmaceutically. you are extremely focused on the negative impact of smoking on the body. the data you have provided is based on the results from smokers who consume nicotine into their bloodstream though smoking cigarettes. However, we know that a cigarette does not just contain nicotine. it contains formaldehyde, lead, arsenic, ammonia and other toxic chemicals. these negative impacts you have addressed are a consequence of all of these many chemicals and not nicotine only. Personally, you have addressed a biased view of a CORRELATION between nicotine consumption and the negative impact Which is not the root CAUSATION. i see a negative bias where only the negative impact on the body is addressed. I understand that the purpose of the video is to deter smoking and enable smokers to quit progressively. however, when facts are distorted to suit the purpose of the content, it can become very dangerous and take on an adverse effect. I appreciate what you do but i am sincerely disappointed by what i just watched. here is the truth - the compound Nicotine in itself does not cause cancer at all and it produces very minimal cardiovascular risk. people die from the tar. In fact, there has been many research that shows Nicotine actually can be used as mood enhancers or cognitive enhancer for those diagnosed with ADHD. Studies show that nicotine can reduce the risk of parkinsons by over 60%. E-cigarettes and nicotine patches have the potential to save millions of lives and it would be reductionist to dismiss all of this by focusing on the negative effects of tobacco cigarettes.

@@CBQMethod thank you for your reply. I admit I was wrong about the evidence source. Its really good that you took the time to list out the research papers in detail. Nonetheless, this does not affect my perspective. Nicotine gum and patches are different from pure Nicotine consumption. It is common knowledge that nicotine gum has been known to lead to mouth ulcers when it is directly exposed to the gums and enamel. I am referring to Nicotine as a naturally occurring compound and not as its varied product. When I first came across the video, I was under a different impression and I apologize. However, the perceived individual benefits of nicotine consumers far outweigh their actual cost ( lung damage, ulcer..). You may want to consider recognizing that and providing a balanced perspective. The message you are sending out is " dont consume nicotine products because your body will suffer from A, B, C..". It isn't very helpful. When someone purchases a cigarette in Singapore, the packaging already contains vivid graphic images of cancers and warnings. Yet, people are undeterred and the tobacco cigarettes industry is booming. We can't ignore the problem if we want to solve it. I will subscribe and follow your videos from now onwards. Keep up the good work 👏
Very skewed research based on smoking delivery system and not on chewing pure tobacco, gums, or pouches delivery system. Do research multiple doctors across the globe info thus making an informed decision.
99% mental 1% physical. It’s literally nothing to quit nicotine it’s out of your body completely and 72 hours. What happens after that 72 hours is a mental obsession has nothing to do with nicotine in your body. It is all gone by then. Good luck you can do it.

I’m 20 and I’ve vaped since I was around 16 as well. It’s not too late for you and there’s no need to worry. What about nicotine pouches??
They are great 😊
wow, that's amazing!! Great job.
I was a vaper for 2 years and I finally started smoking! Wait... I think I did that wrong
How does it do so much? It's just a poison, huh?
Thank you this video is very informative
Surely there is at least one beneficial property of nicotine, surely the native americans didnt cultivate it and smoke it for its deadly properties.
So nicotine is not good
Im non smoker.
but I curved my appetite and lost belly fat by stacking 100mg caffeine, 1mg nicotine mint.
then i noticed my teeth became weak and broke easily.
Choose life!
God damn. I didn't think it had effects that extensive. I've quit smoking, but I went to Zyn(pure nicotine), I will have to slowly take myself off this now too.
I quit vaping and went to zyn but don't really want to quit those
These pouches are the mother all of nicotine addiction, the slide effects is exactly the same as smoking minus the tobacco, used velo for few years, today I'm drawing the line, wish me luck
Shes so beautiful
It makes me sweat and I breath heavy and I’m dizzy and it feels good.
exercise can help you get the same physical effect
@@CBQMethod what?
This is very informative Video...
I quit smoking 7 month ago n I got throat pain, changing in bowels movement I fight it but i can't. Pls hlp
1:23 Woow this is science saying what I was thinking in disappointment and ager the other day "am I just living just so the time to smoke comes??" I kinda felt for a moment that that s a main goal subconsciously in my everyday life. This is insane. We take out of ourselves so much.
snus💪🔥
I think you have a massive issue with nicotine if I spoke about someone like this it would be bullying 😔
Personifying the drug we're addicted to is part of any addiction.
I'm no doctor but the fact that my heart rate jump over the roof after nicotine, it sais all, I'm athlete and my HR goes up to 90 at rest, that is so so dangerous, the heart is working extremely hard at rest
So if a person who doesn't smore, and is injected nictotine, these are what they would experience?
Me watching while I never smoked and vaped even once 👁️👄👁️
I have another video on the chemicals in cigarettes. This video is about nicotine.
Nicotine wants us down with low energy when we could be happier. But we are born to be free arnt we
ok so here is the thing. since its lockdown and im with my family, the only time i can smoke is at night, i have tried my best not to smoke. whenver i feel like i should not smoke today, at exactly 5pm in the evening my body automatically craves about it soo damn much and it makes me helpless to buy another pack of cigg. its been 7month since in in this addiction, and i have asthma aswell, so can u pls reply me here. worried but cant help myself to quit this habit :(
Just remember in your head that the withdrawal is only temporary, and it’s a sign your getting past it.

Yeah I did it it's been 2 months. Proud of myself

I read somewhere that nicotine can help with dementia
Nicotine promotes brain cell death, so it can't be helping with dementia
I'm 17 and I have never vaped in my whole life, I'm glad I'm living this way
It helps me poop
Horrible and frustrating existence while trying to just live my life.
weight loss is so much affecting my body??? answer pleaseeee so you any other account that i can talk to you in private please???
Hi Mark, thank you for your comment. The weight loss may not be because of quitting smoking. Did something happen that may have caused you to lose weight? You can email our support team at support@cbqmethod.com
will i benefit from quitting at 20 or is it too late
i find that your video is focused on the impact of smoking on the body rather than nicotine.
Thank you for your comment. This video is about nicotine. Below is the scientific research used to create this video. Please read through.

Thank you do much. I listen to your videos all day while driving. They helping me out bigtime

@@CBQMethod I'm sorry I was wrong. great video and well explained I was confused that how nicotine effects on lungs but I had to watch this video again 😅
I used Snuff alot of nicotin daily since i was 14 and are now 60. I am healthy thought never been to hospital and almost never sick. Want to stop thought never tried before. I have lowered the amount i use but not because i am trying it seems my body don't want as much anymore.
Is this safe to watch?
Each study you mentioned does not focus solely on nicotine but also encompasses related secondary forms such as tobacco, chewing tobacco, snuff, vaping, among others.
I despise nicotine.
whats the womans name
I’ve literally been vaping for 3 days now and it’s already effecting me badly. I honestly regret doing it . Especially cause I am very sensitive to pain and when I’m not smoking, I’m in agony which makes me want to smoke even more, But watching this video is helping me not smoke. Thank you
I struggle keeping it out my mouth and I’ve only started again 3 days ago I’m so tired because I can’t properly function without it It’s like sugar rush that drops down

Like you said its mental , i have been smoking for a year now , and i have not smoked for about 18 days , my body doesnt need it like you said but i cant stop my desire from wanting it , thats why im here and the thing is even listening to things you said didnt stop me from wanting it , its like i hear what you said i just dont want to understand it.
If anyone has any kind of advice for me to quit plz tell me.
But that doesn't erase the fact that nicotine rocks your morning specially with a cup of coffee.
So come on ma'am light up a cigarette just once and taste death. ☕ 🚬
What do u mean when u say that in a way your brain saves dopamine for nicotine. I would like to understand this more deeply.
Studies to back this up?
I’m 20. I’ve been vaping since late 16. I fell into the fad, and haven’t stopped since. I’ve felt the negative effects of nicotine but I find it almost impossible to quit. I don’t know how. And I’m worried that it’s too late for me and my brain development.
I’m 20 and I’ve vaped since I was around 16 as well. It’s not too late for you and there’s no need to worry. What helped me stop my vaping habits was buying nicotine pouches with lower doses of nicotine, over time, the desire to vape becomes less of an urge. I understand the struggle, you can do this!
@@josiahcaswell813 youre the second person that told me about nicotine pouches. I’ll have to get some. Unfortunately being 20 makes it hard because of my country’s pathetic laws.
@@ZenviZi if you do it correctly, waning yourself off of it actually works.
I think old age leads to less dopamine in the brain. So nothing feels as good as it did in youth. I think you are giving nicotine a worse rap than is real. Smoking is a unique addiction. Inhaled smoke is extremely toxic.
